I knew the moment I stepped in Philippines soil, I knew I have to stood as the head of the house. My father can no longer function like he used to. My mother had to retire early to support my father.

As soon as I stepped into it, I need to ace that job interview and get the best position possible. Luck was by my side when I got a phone call a week later that I got the job. I started right away though and in just a year, I was promoted. I knew when I get into something, I give my 101% effort into it. So getting promoted that quick was the goal. I need the money to support my family.

In a year, my father can successfully walk on his own but he still needs his walker with him. Money was very tight that time. Therapy for father was expensive. My brother entered college and my sister is in her last year of college. So that promotion was well needed and deserved, if I say so myself.

"Izzy!" My sister exclaimed from her room. It was already 9pm and I just got home from work and I was so exhausted.

"What is it Beth?" I asked her as I peaked into her room.

"You're beloved boy band is over."

That was something I didn't expect but I guess I already knew. So I just shrugged it off and finished some other paper works.

I wasn't that affected by that news but just a few months later, I heard a news I didn't expected to hear. Liam is a father.

Liam is a father.

Liam Payne is now a father.

Liam James Payne is now a father of a little boy.

That news crashed me somehow. I didn't know that it would take that short for him to impregnate someone. It's so reckless of him, but who am I to judge, right.

So I just tried to actually blocked him name from ever popping up on my phone or anywhere else.

"Izzy, he had an affair."

"What do you mean affair?" I asked puzzled. Liam is not that stupid and awful to have an affair. Plus I knew them, somehow, they can't be that kind of person.

"I mean she had an affair." Beth clarified. "The lady he is with had an affair and people are speculating that it isn't his."

That is just messed up. That cannot be true.

I didn't look into that issue anymore. All I could process is the fact that in 9 months Liam is a Dad. In all honesty I am happy for him. I just hope that rumor stayed as one.

Beth kept updating me about the whereabouts of the boys as if I am not getting updates from Scarlet, herself. But I'm not claiming. With everything happening in our life, my father's condition and my stressful job, those updates just bring joy to my heart. Even if they are no longer creating music together it still nice seeing them live the life they wanted since day one.

It's Friday, the week has gone by so fast this week that I didn't even got any encounters with Liam. It seems like he is avoiding me, good thing, especially with the fact that I am actually going to Niall's get together this weekend with Scarlet.  I wasn't at first but when I told her, she forced me and just really want me to get all this out of the way of my work and my life.

Liam was across the room talking to Elizabeth who I asked to do most of my tasks for the day because I was asked by Michael to do other things.  He asked me to book all the venues and dates of the proposed dates for his world tour.  I started with Europe of course.  His team has already listed the venues and dates for all the 27 shows in the first leg of the Europe Tour.  I spent the day dialing one number after the other.  I face some language barrier issues, but nothing I couldn't fix, right?
