Chapter eleven

"Who are you? Are you really Y/N?" He asked the girl that was now standing in front of him upon which she nodded.

"No...." He again said more like to himself before fishing his phone out of his pocket still looking at Y/N intensely.

"Hyung....I saw her....She is in front of me" he uttered into the phone keeping his intense eye contact with Y/N.

"What are you talking about kook?" Jimin asked perplexed halting the matters on hand.

"I saw her hyung she is in front of me!" He repeated the same words still not making any sense.

"Whom are you talking about Jungkook I cant understand"

"Yerin! Yerin is in front of me hyung!"

"T-thats impossible Jungkook....she is.... " he couldn't complete his sentence as a tear escaped his eye and onto the table in front of him.

"I know i know it sounds insane but-" he cut himself off with a change of thought and said. "Come to the mansion hyung,...you will see for yourself" he ended the call before hearing any reply from elder.

Although the situation seemed absurd and more like a dream he still wanted some miracle to happen and this news to be true that he just received, he grabbed his car keys and made a run to the parking area.

"Y/N...."Jungkook vocalized eyeing her reaction suspiciously

"Yes Sir?" she mumbled again for the 3rd time. Jungkook heaved a sigh before continuing..

"Follow me..."

"Okay..."

They both came out of the basement and Y/N had a difficulty adjusting to morning light considering the fact that she saw day light after weeks. But soon the blessing was snatched away from her as Jungkook entered the Mansion with a reluctant Y/N following behind.

Jungkook's phone rung as he ordered Y/N to stay put and went further and out of sight to pick up the call.

Taehyung's POV,

It was still early for anyone to come but someone informed me that Jungkook was here I made my way downstairs still in my night robe, when ground floor came in to view the first thing I saw was A girl...I eyed her suspiciously before realizing Namjoon's sister!? Isn't she supposed to be out of the basement today...well technically she is out of the basement but I WANTED her out of my sight.

His blood boiled remembering Namjoon's little trick as he charged towards her fuming with anger.

As soon Y/N set her eyes at Taehyung she recognized him as Ajushi... the person who snatched the only hope from her....Her brother. She started moving back all the memories of Taehyung yelling,smirking and telling her about how everyone thinks she is dead came flooding in her mind she moved back the same pace he came forward.

"What the hell are you doing here!? didn't I tell you to not move or make noise! Are you deaf? WHY AREN'T YOU ANSWERING!"

He strafed her with question not even missing a beat between one...and even if he would have waited for an answer he probably would not have received one.

"Hyung, hyung, I bought her here....relax." Jk who came back because of sudden hindrance of quite and peaceful environment placed a hand on Taehyung's shoulder coming in between him and Y/N, declared.

"Why?"

"Hyung we will explain once Jimin hyung would arrive" and as if on cue Jimin entered out of breath. Taehyung was the only one among the three facing him so he hinted Jungkook of Jimin's presence.

Jungkook turned to Jimin giving him a small smile as if he achieved something, Jimin approached the Chaos his heart beating fast with excitement.

"Y/N....meet him...do you know him?" Jungkook once again brought the attention towards Y/N his voice pitching with hope as he pointed behind Y/N and indicated Jimin.

Y/N turned around so now she was facing the other person...
Do I know him? she repeated the question that was asked but No she does not know him....Are they going to kill her because of that? was she supposed to know him? once again she was put in a difficult situation and icing on the cake was that she knew no one here.....she just knows that they are going to harm her that's it.

"I-i No..."she shook her head aggressively"p-lease d-on't hurt me....but I really don't know you" her words were difficult to be understood because she was full on weeping.

Jimin moved quickly to decrease the distance between them and without giving it a second thought he hugged Y/N tightly keeping her almost hidden in his embrace she flinched at first but being the baby she is, she accepted the touch feeling as if she is hold of her own brother.

Although none of them knew what was happening even Jungkook and Jimin were missing a piece of this puzzle but the most confused one here was Taehyung "What exactly is happening here?" he felt like he is having a lucid dream.

Taehyung knows Jimin from years... Jimin isnt the one to just open up and hug someone of course he has soft spot for girls but he knows damn well to keep all of the girls away from himself... he never even had a girlfriend not even hook ups....so what exactly is happening for Jimin to be this touchy with this mental patient.

Jimin murmured sweet nothings to calm the younger which worked effectively..

Finally the whole situation serene Taehyung sat on the belgian roll arm sofa, while the other three sat on loveseat or commonly known as three seaters trying to squish together and not move away anytime soon Y/N was in the middle of the two man.

Taehyung :"(Sigh) care to explain?" he eyed jimin for an answer.

Jimin: "She is Yerin." He pointed at Y/N. "I mean she looks like Yerin....as in carbon copy....but just a little older....the same age she is supposed to be if she were alive..."

Taehyung; "Your......Sister.....?" He guessed hesitantly knowing this topic is more than sensitive for Jimin.

Jimin: "yes."

Taehyung: "Are you sure your mind is not making things up?"

Jimin: "No I am not hallucinating, Jungkook was the one to call me first...its not possible for both of us to be delusional."

Taehyung: "Even then....she looks like her....she is not her Jimin."

Jimin struggled to find words so Jungkook hopped in to help him out.

Jungkook: "What if there was some mistake and she is Yerin?"

Taehyung: "And what if the case is opposite and you are just assuming too much?" he replied in the same tone.

Jungkook: "At least we would have tried....there is still hope isn't it?"

Taehyung: "Harsh Reality is always better then false hope Jungkook."

After a moment of silence Jimin spoke.

"We have nothing to lose in this situation anyway, might as well just finish whats started."

"What are you guys planning anyway?"

"We don't know yet...we can just keep her and try to find whether she has something to do with Yerin or not...."

"She is a mental person. She could only bring you guys trouble."

Y/N who was silent the whole time finally spoke.

"Then just let me back to my Oppa....I never asked you to bring me here in the first place." Y/N herself was amazed by her new found confidence.
