Crowkit opened his eyes and got the sharp sun light into them, his foster brother Eaglekit was on his paws already.
"Mom, why can't I go out of the nursery?" Eaglekit said with a questioning voice.
"Because Crowkit is still a sleep"
Birchheart explained with her soft and beautiful voice.
"But Badgerkit is outside with the apprentices"
Crowkit stood up and shakes some water drops out of his fur.
"Mom, I'm awake" Crowkit meowed.
He walked toward Eaglekit and sat down beside him.
"Well, actually you shouldn't...."
But she got interrupted by Ironstar.
"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, meat beneath the Skyrocks for clan meeting."
Then he remembered that it was their apprentice ceremony.
He turned and began to run toward the den entrance, but his mother grabbed him in the scruff.
"Mama"
He said in a bit angry tone.
"I have all ready groomed Eaglekit, now it's your turn."
We will never be apprenticed if it continues in this tempo, Crowkit thought.

"Crowkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your full warrior name, you will be known as Crowpaw. Your mentor will be Longdash. I hope will pass down all you know on to this apprentice."
Crowpaw jumped onto the Skyrock and touched nose with his new mentor.
Then he jumped down while his clan mates shouted his name.
"Crowpaw! Crowpaw!"
He watched Eaglekit become Eaglepaw, his mentor become Pantereye.
Now let's the training begin, he tough happily
