Not to say that this is nice but who gives two shits about being nice anymore
To stream snipe then you gotta have some type of pc I mean you could have a simple graphics card but if you want to do this then you need to over achieve.Run twitch and the application the streamer is playing. Now you need to join their lobby. Step3 find em' in game and beat the hell out of them. Good laugh or ban its your choice.
