"Was our short vacation enjoyable Darling?" Lucifer asked as he assisted you into the carriage, only this time you were much more mobile than when you first woke up.
"Yes! I loved it!" You exclaimed happily, but you were much more excited about the news that you were walking much more though. Lucifer sat across from you once he stepped in as well, his smile was beautiful and his side profile as he looked outside the window for a moment was breathtakingly, heart stopping.
When he turned back to look at you your heart stuttered rapidly, his gaze was heavy and left you awestruck. How could someone be this handsome?
"Are you alright?" Lucifer looked at you directly into your dazed expression, you had clearly been gawking at the demon.
"Yeah. Are you alright?" You quietly giggled after quickly recovering from your staring while Lucifer nodded and laughed along. It had been a wonderful time catching up and being with him, you had his full undivided attention for the last few days and you could not think of anything better than a get away with him.
"Yes Darling, I am more than alright."
You smiled affectionately towards him for a moment before bringing your attention to the window's scenery, it was a warm purple haze outside while the town glowed a warm golden orange color. You could not remember how everything looked before you fell into that deep slumber, but that was alright. Even though the modern society had slowly taken over you did not mind. It, evolution, was all such a beautiful thing to witness with brand new eyes and a brand new attitude.
As long as Lucifer was with you, you believed that you will adjust much more quickly than you first assumed. With Lucifer, you believed you could do anything asked of you.

You returned home to quite the surprise for sure, where the brothers and Yuki had decided to throw a small welcome back party for you and Lucifer.
"Well now, what is this all about now?" Lucifer inquired as he shook confetti out of your hair.
"It's a party! Welcome back~" Asmodeus smiled brightly, "Your gift is the honor of being my older brother."
