Momo's words took a minute to register in Kanna's mind."Wait - you mean I'm from another world?!" She shouted, standing up.
"It's just a guess, but with your explanation of things it doesn't seem like it's possible to be time travel."
"Thats...SO COOL! Man Naruto's gonna freak when he hears about this!!" Kanna pumped, already imagining Naruto begging to take him to another world.
"Ah, but then that brings up the problem of how you'll get back..."
Kanna paled, not even thinking about that.
"W-well, I mean, I was brought here by some ritual, so that's probably how I'll get back?" Yeah right, Kanna didn't even know what kind of ritual those ninja were doing.
Momo frowned, upset at the fact she had no clue as to how to help Kanna return to her home.
"So anyways, tell me about your world," Kanna changed the subject, hoping to take her mind off her current predicament.
"Well, it seems our worlds hold some similarity. While you have ninja, we have heroes. Nowadays, about 80% of the population is born with an ability called a quirk. These quirks are special abilities usually passed down genetically. People with quirks then get licensed and use their powers to save people! It's really an amazing job!" Momo gushed.
"I see. Where I'm from, some people are born with low amounts of spiritual energy, or chakra. Those are the civilians. The rest who are born with larger amounts of chakra usually train to become ninja. And your quirks are kind of like a kekkei genkai, or bloodline traits. Although kekkei genkai are more rare than quirks, and are usually only present in certain clans."
"Your world is quite interesting! Please tell me more!"
"Sure, your world sounds interesting too!"

The two talked about each of their respective worlds, learning more and more about each other in the process. Although Kanna did leave out a few details. Such as how Sasuke left, how many life-threatening situations she'd been in, and her kill-count. She had a feeling those things wouldn't sit well with Momo.
Before the two could continue their talk, however, there was a small knock at the entryway.
"Miss, your parents have returned home," a maid informed, bowing before taking her leave.
"Ah, let's go greet them. Kanna, are you comfortable sharing your situation with them? If you wish I can keep it a secret," Momo offered.
"It's all right. You trust them, right?"
Momo nodded.
"Then I trust them too," Kanna said with a warm smile.
"Mother, father, you're back!" She greeted them with a respective bow. Being raised in the main household, Kanna did have her manners, though sometimes it may not seem like it. Kanna bowed along with Momo, gaining her parent's attention.
"Oh, who's this?" Her father asked with curious eyes.
"This is Kanna."
"It's a pleasure to meet you." Kanna dipped her head with respect.
"Well darling, you sure did bring a wonderful friend home. Where did you two meet?" Momo's mother quizzed.
"Well, it's a long story..." Kanna trailed off.
