Everyone had been busy getting what they were wearing for the ball.Almost everyone had a date for the ball.Theo, Blaise and Pansy had decided that they didn't want to go with anyone, but Draco had said that he wanted to go with someone; he wouldn't tell them who.
The five of them had all gotten their stuff in Hogsmeade as soon as the ball had been announced and they were all pretty happy.(A/N:Hermione's is the pic to the side or where ever it is on your device)
It was the day before the ball and Draco was with Blaise and Theo in their dorm.Blaise finally decided to do something about Draco not telling them who he wanted to go to the ball with.He had gotten veritaserum from Snape's cupboard and had hidden it at the bottom of his bag.
"Mate, why wont you tell us who you want to go with?"Theo questioned as he placed his book on the bedside table.
"I don't want you to tell her."
"We wont!"Blaise insisted.
"I still can't tell you."
At that, Theo took out his wand and used a spell to freeze the blonde in place, whilst Blaise tipped the veritaserum down his throat.Theo unfroze him and asked,
"Who do you want to go to the ball with?"
"Hermione."

"I freaking hate you guys!"he yelled as his two laughing friends pushed him down the stairs and then ran up into the dorm, locking the door behind them.
He slowly walked over to where Hermione was sitting reading a book.He sat next to her and whispered,
"Hey Mione."so quietly that he didn't know if she heard him until she snapped her book closed and turned to face him.
"Hi."she smiled and he laughed nervously.
"What?"she asked him.
"Wouldyouliketogototheballwithme?"he rushed.
"Awww of course!"she said, smiling at his cuteness.
"W-w-whatttttttt?!Are you serious?"he began to constantly stutter random words.
Hermione laughed and nudged his arm slightly.
