jisoo read what jimin recently message to her, she furrowed her eyebrows this is the first time jimin didn't said why he wants to hang out and it suddenly. when they messaging to each other it consist full details to avoid asking for more but jimin didn't said anything maybe he wants to treated me chicken because he forgot it last week. jisoo smiled at the thought she texted a reply and put her phone in the pocket.
jisoo is already outside of the hospital holding a basket of fruits and the other side is a toy car, yubeom really likes cars he even showed to jisoo before his collection of cars so bringing a latest released of new laborghini car she pulled up her mask and put a sunglasses before going in.
she already memorized where yubeom room is so she proceed walking ignoring the stares people giving her and proceed to the elevator, soon she made it safe to yubeom's room without people stopping her or telling that she's familiar compared to her last visit here. she stopped at the front of the door and removed her sunglasses before opening it.
and there's a little boy sitting on the bed looking pale but still smiling even there's a lot machines connected to his body, the said boy looked at the door when it opened. yubeom smile gets wider he tries to stand to hug jisoo but got stopped when his sister holds his hand.
chae-hee stand up to get what jisoo presents for her little brother and jisoo removed her mask able to breath properly and give yubeom a car that he happily accepted and thanked jisoo with his two cute dimple showing when he smiles and starts to play with it ignoring jisoo and his sister existence completely, the both girls smiled while watching yubeom made cute car noises using his mouth while playing the car.
“you know, you don't have to” chae-hee said when they both settled in the sofa still looking at yubeom.
“he's already like a little brother to me” jisoo look at the said boy who's laughing now that made jisoo smile “you know that” she added and look at her manager smiling but she noticed it looks like sad.
jisoo smile falters “what's wrong unnie?” she asked worried when chae-hee sniff trying to hold back her tears that make jisoo instinctively patted chae-hee's back.
“the doctor talked to me just few hours ago” chae-hee low her voice afraid that his little brother might hear
“do you want to talk about it outside?” jisoo asked but her unnie shook her head and look at yubeom “he will notice something is wrong when we do that, you know yubeom he is observant in such a young age” chae-hee answered and jisoo nodded.
there's a long silence between them when chae-hee suddenly speak.
“the doctor said to me that yubeom condition is getting worse” jisoo furrowed her eyebrows and look at chae-hee that still watching yubeom movements. yubeom looks healthy and it seems he is getting okay now so jisoo can't believe that yubeom condition is getting worse, the said boy is still hyper and in his usual playful self so what's wrong?
“he might lose his hair slowly” chae-hee added and automatically forced a smile when yubeom turned to them and waved when he saw his both favorite unnies smiling at him he continued playing with his new car didn't know anything.
“just stay with yubeom unnie he needs you more than i am” jisoo said and chae-hee look at her.
“no i can't, the company will fired me”
“i will not let them, i understand you unnie but yubeom needs you now. i will explain everything to sajangnim (boss) and besides i can't accepted a new manager that didn't even know how to cook delicious chicken stew” jisoo said and it made chae-hee smiled
“thank you chu” jisoo nodded and they looked at yubeom. she know her manager can't let her job lose now they need a finance support now and only chae-hee can provide that so jisoo can really understand her unnie.
jisoo arrived at the arcade aka. bar that jimin owned, this is their officially hang out place sometimes they drink here to celebrate something or just to have fun this is only exclusive to artist and idols like them so this is really safe for them especially all the staffs here is paid to keep their mouth shut.
she entered procceding to the private room where the games are if you look at the front you can see that this is just a simple bar but if you would look further and go to the private room you will see game machines, billiard and computers actually jisoo suggested it because she really likes to play games.
she saw jimin sitting on sofa holding a switch seriously playing, jisoo also get a switch and sit beside jimin who just noticed her presence.
“you're here, i already ordered a chicken let's just wait for it” jimin stated still playing, jisoo smiled at the mention of chicken and give a thumbs up to jimin who just laughed and they continued to play minding their own businesses but jimin suddenly spoke.
“i just read the article” jimin started and jisoo didn't answer. she know it's about the upcoming drama she will do with chaeyoung and knowing his bestfriend she is comfortable that jimin will not judge her or maybe he will tease the hell out of jisoo.
“you know the girl i've met last year on the world tour” jimin added that caught jisoo attention, she remembered when jimin excitedly invited her when jimin come back in the seoul and told the story about the girl he saw playing guitar while singing in amusement park and in the very first time she saw how jimin is happy and blushed sometimes when he told the story about the unknown girl he likes. yes he already like the girl believe or not jisoo laughed at jimin for saying that he already like the girl but jimin didn't laugh and she saw how jimin is serious so she didn't teased jimin to it because it the first time jimin like someone and he seemed so dead serious about the girl.
jisoo looked confused when jimin put down his switch and looked at her smiling widely
