Truth or Dare (James POV)

"Prongs, I'm bored," Sirius says in a whiny voice that could rival any toddler.

"Well, what do you want me to do about it?" I ask.

Remus then states, "He wants you to come up with something to do so he's not bored".

Oh. That should have been obvious. What should we do? Oh. I remember this muggle game Moony once told me about. It's called Truth or Dare. "Thanks Moony. Pads, how about we play Truth or Dare?"

"What's Truth or Dare?" Peter asks.

"Moony once told me about it. What if we get Lily and the other forth year girls to play and I'll explain then." Moony rolls his eyes. I think he thinks I fancy Lily. Why does he think that? Sure, her hair is really pretty. And her sparkling green eyes. And she's super smart. Even smarter than some of the teachers, I think. Oh. I DO fancy Lily. My face turns red. Moony just smirks. At that moment, Alice Fortescue, one of the forth year girls, walks in. 

Moony says, "Hey Alice. Do you want to play Truth or Dare with us?

"Sure, that sounds fun. Can the other girls play too? Oh, and Frank?" I had expected Alice to start asking questions, but then I remember, this is Alice. She loves muggle stuff. Then, I saw Moony's expression. He is smirking. Why? Oh. Oh! OH! She fancies Frank. I bite my lip to hide my smirk too. 

"Sure. We were just about to ask you to ask them seeing as we can't get up the stairs. We can go ask Frank right now," I say.

"Great, thanks, this sounds fun," Alice says.

"Meet us in the common room at 6:00pm. So," I check my watch, "15 minutes".

"Okay. Sounds good." 

Alice leaves the room and we go upstairs to our dorm to get Frank. I say to Moony, Pads, and Wormy "Let's play in the Room of Requirement". The Room of Requirement is a room that changes due to what you require.

Moony says, "Sounds good. Hey Frank, do you want to play Truth or Dare. We'll explain how you play once everyone is ready. We are just waiting for Alice and the other forth years." I have to turn away so I don't burst out laughing. Frank's ears are pink and he trips over his feet twice on the way over to us. Oh, he fancies Alice. 

Once we get down to the common room, we have to wait 3 minutes before the girls join us. Once they do, we leave the room. Since it's 6:00 and we have a choice on when to eat, it's not suspicious when we leave the common room. Lily start to look panicked and says, "Where are you taking us? This isn't part of a prank, is it?"

Moony reassures her by saying, "Don't worry. We have a good place for games that few people know about. There's no prank". 

Lily looks more at ease, but my face is more distant. Why does she hate my guts, but doesn't mind Remus? It's not fair. I can't help the jealousy that goes through my body. Moony must see me stiffen because he says to everyone, "Oh, look we're here."

Alice says, "We're at a wall. Are you sure this is the right place?" as she looks up and down the deserted corridor. However, she doesn't have to worry long because Sirius steps out and walks three times in front of the wall. A door appears and Alice, Lily, Mary, and Frank stagger back in surprise. 

We enter the room and I explain the rules. "Moony will start. He'll pick a second person and ask them 'Truth or Dare?'. If the second person says truth, they have to answer a question given by the first person honestly. If they pick dare, they have to do a dare chosen by the first person. Oh, and no Truths can be told to anyone other than the people here. Okay, let's start."

Moony says, "Mary, Truth or Dare?"

Mary responds, "Truth." 

Padfoot whines because he wants someone to do a dare. "Okay," Moony says, "What's the most embarrassing thing you've done."
