the face was revealed, along with the body.

chloe : no... it can't be her.

everyone looked at her as she screamed and cried. she wasn't the only one, though. max, dayna, juliet, and nathan were balling their eyes out. everyone else was shocked.

they called the police. the police came and questioned them. they answered honestly.

2 hours later
everyone stopped being questioned and were free to go. all of them told them about how they thought jefferson was the person who killed her. the police said they would look into it.

a couple of days later
everyone was at her funeral, rachel amber's funeral. her parents were mourning, as every parent would, and so was chloe.

after the funeral, everyone was gonna go to the amber family's house. mattia and the boys told the vortex club they weren't going because they felt like they didn't belong. nathan and the others said okay cause they understood.

the boys agreed to meet up at kairi's house.

kairi's pov
the boys were coming over. i changed into comfortable clothes, when i saw a box in my closet. remembering what was inside, i decided to not look into it.

kairi to himself : come on, kairi. get yourself together. you, the boys, and the others will find her soon.
alvaro : you miss her too, don't you ?

kairi was startled. he didn't think any of the boys would be here by now.

kairi : you heard me ?
alvaro : yes, you rat fuck.

kairi smiled at the nickname. the two boys started play fighting. eventually, the boys all joined in. the play fighting came to a stop. it all got quiet
alejandro : she should be with us right now, not wherever she's being held at.
kairi : i miss her.
mattia gave kairi a look. he then looked up at ceiling.
mattia : me too...
alvaro : you guys aren't the only ones.

alvaro sat up, wiping his eyes. the boys got in a group hug for awhile, crying their eyes out. they broke apart from the hug, wiping their eyes again.
alvaro and kairi : she was my world.
