janessa or nessa barrett was scrolling through instagram when she received a dm from the user 'joshrichards'. she had recognized that name from tiktok and before opening the dm she went over to investigate. she looked him up and ended scrolling through his videos. as she scrolled, she realized that she had seen him before on her for you page. and by looking at his videos, he kinda seemed a little weird. but some of his more recent videos seemed a little more chill. in the end, he had more followers than her, so she knew he wouldn't be hitting her up just for clout or anything. she ultimately decided to go back to instagram and open the dm.
joshrichards: hey- i've seen you from tiktok and you seem pretty cool. i'm josh
nessabarrett: oh cool! i'm nessa :) i think i've seen you on tiktok too.
joshrichards: where are you from?
nessabarrett: new jersey, you?
joshrichards: canada haha
nessabarrett: oh okay!
joshrichards: not to be forward or anthing, but you're so gorgeous
nessabarrett: aw thank you! that's so sweet of you
joshrichards: are you going to vidcon in a couple weeks?
