"I've been running from it,
Tired of running from it.
Scared of feeling something.
Now I'm stuck here tryna get up outta this hole."[Peach Tree Rascals - Mariposa]

The busy streets were filled with people, all dressed up and ready for work and school or whatever there might be for them to attend to. The young college girl had always envied those who had the ability to wake up at such an early hour. Being the person she was, Choi Jisu once again woke up late; for her brother was too frantic to have woken her up this morning, leaving earlier than her for work.
As much as she didn't like the idea of being late, the raven beauty could not help but complete the irony. Jisu is one heavy sleeper, indeed.
Walking through the peaceful neighborhood, she checks her phone which flashed the time. This, only resulting her to hurry even more, scared at the thought of her most feared and hated professor giving her a good talking to as he was not a person who'd let even the smallest things slide.
"Jesus Christ, I am so going to kill that pooper. Didn't even bother waking me up for God's sake." Almost nearing the university, the girl decided to walk faster, speed walking instead of just running as she had the ankle strength of a nine year old.
With one final road to cross, she hurries to go before the pedestrian lane but before she could, a firm surface had bumped into her shoulder. "Ow! The hell are those arms made of?" The hustling girl felt bad for not having the chance to even apologize for real, only muttering a slight murmur of sorry.
"Oh come on. I am so late." She looks back to the man she bumped into, thinking of maybe shouting out a sorry as he wasn't that far away. The man seemed busy talking to someone over the phone so Jisu shrugs the idea off, focusing on getting her ass saved from her terror lecturer.
"He looks somewhat familiar though..." Before she could even point out her thoughts, the light flickered for them to finally cross the streets. After a short period of time, the raven haired girl had eventually managed to arrive before the bell rang.
While running towards her room in the building, she runs into her friend Ryujin, dropping the latter's books as a result. "Oh for Christ's sake, what's with people bumping into me?!"
"Woah, woah. First of all, YOU bumped into me." The blue haired girl scoffs.
"Yeah right, sorry 'bout that." Jisu replies after she finished helping to pick up the books she didn't know Ryujin actually had the will to read.
"Why do you look like you ran your way to Canada all the way back here?" Before she even gets an answer, the raven beauty had already skedaddled her way to the lecture hall. "What a weird human being." She sighs.
