"And this is the kitchen, Swara." Sanskar smiled as they entered inside the big kitchen. Swara looked around with open mouth.

"Soo big!?" She palmed her mouth as she walked forward while he stood there leaning on the wall, staring at her.

"That's why a big staff, Swara! " Sanskar chuckled and walked to her.

"And now you have to work here." He said and she bobbed her head in no.

"Sanskar, I will ruin it. You have made this with so much hardwork. I don't want to ruin your hard work!" She bowed down her head and he smiled at her.

"You know Swara, this bakery, it was my Father's dream but he, he knew nothing about it," Swara looked at him amused as he walked to the shelf and continued, "He made this bakery, Swara but he didn't know how to start this. My mother, she wanted to be a baker, Dad appointed her as a baker and from there, their love story started. He was the owner but he learnt baking from her. Few years later, he started Maheshwari Enterprises and Mom took over the bakery and they got married. "He ended with a smile while a Swara's lips curved up seeing his smile. She walked to him and stood at a safe distance.

"I have grown up here, Swara. The old staff, they were my friends. They were like a family. This bakery, it is a huge part of me," He confessed and Swara nodded with a smile.

"You are silent. Tell something about your family, your parents." he asked and her smile fade away.

The bitter memories of her past ran in her mind. Her own laughter echoed in her ears, her mother calling her "Shona!" While running behind her rang in her ears. She smiled in tears and than came the flashback.

Her mother crying loudly sitting on the floor. A fifteen years old Swara is standing at the door looking at her. She looked on as her drunk father thrashed her mother with the hunter.

"Swara!" Sanskar kept his hand on her shoulder and she came in her senses.

"Meri Maa, Meri Maa bohut achi thi, Sanskar," she took a pause before continuing," She was so beautiful. Her smile, it was the world's best smile. " She giggled and Sanskar smiled. Though he came to know her mother was no more but still didn't point it out.

"She was my everything, Sanskar!" Swara revealed and he smiled softly.

"and your Papa?" Sanskar asked and she looked at him with blank eyes.

"Papa, Papa died when I was very small. " She lied and Sanskar nodded, believing it.

"Don't you have any siblings?" Sanskar asked and she bobbed her head.

"I have one elder brother, Sumidh!" Swara revealed and Sanskar nodded.

"Swara, I know I shouldn't ask this but why did you run away from your marriage?" He held her hand softly but she looked at him horrified and than jerked his hands. She turned around and he looked at her painfully.

"I-I, voh Bhai, he was g-etting me married to the g-guy without my wish.. So, I ran away!" She Stammered in between and Sanskar looked down. She was lieing to him. He knew she was married. He wanted to confront her but he feared she might leave him. He was becoming selfish but it was not in his hands. His heart and mind were not going according to his will.

"Leave this, Sanskar. Let's go. I have to learn so much, " She blabbered faking the excitement and he nodded giving a fake smile.

Later, they got busy in work. Swara was learning baking from Liora. The staff was helpful. They made her feel at home. They didn't make her feel unsafe. They were like a family. And the most fun part was that they didn't leave any chance to tease and joke around Sanskar.

Sanskar, however had to leave for office. He got a call in the mid and leaving the bakery he had to go. He assured Swara that he will pick her up. Swara was sad but she didn't want to appear clingy.

It was around two hours Sanskar left when some people entered inside the bakery. Swara's breathe hitched seeing the goons. They came for her!

She hid behind Liora who was confused. Suraj walked to them while Kartik was already on the counter.

Swara watched them talking to them. The goons showed a picture, that was probably hers, Kartik and Suraj went silent for a moment while Swara was already in tears. She sighed in relief when Kartik shooked his head in no. They nodded firmly and left and as soon as they did Swara broke out crying badly starling them.

"Swara, Hey shh! Please stop crying" Kritika tried consoling her but they were starled when she was pulled roughly. They looked up and found Kartik standing there, fuming in anger while Suraj was beside him.

"Who are you!?" Kartik shouted and she sniffed looking down. However it did nothing but angered him more.

"Don't tell me you are a danger to Sanskar Sir. We won't let you do anything bad to him." Suraj spoke and she looked down.

"Guys, Leave her, what are you doing?" Liora warned them knowing Sanskar won't like the way they were handling the matter. The girl, Swara was clearly special to him.

"I...I didn't- ahh!" Swara started but stopped as Kartik gripped her shoulders more tightly causing her to hiss badly.

"Kartik! Leave her!" Kritika shouted slowly not liking the way her boyfriend was treating a girl.

"You people forget Sir said she is special to him. Why are behaving that way. Talk calmly to her!" Sasha came forward seeing them behaving stupid.

"You three stay away, Kartik, I guess she will not open her mouth. We should throw her out!" Swara's eyes widen and she nodded in no frantically.

"You are right. We will tell Sir about all this! It looks dangerous!" Kartik replied and started dragging her. Since it was the mid of afternoon, their were not much people. He took her out and pushed her harshly.

Swara was all ready to meet the hard ground but was saved by two arms. She looked up only to come face to face with Sanskar who looked, angry!
