I saw my mum's face fall. It was the answer she had been dreading, but expecting. "about an hour" she replied.
"good. Get down as quick as you can" then we hung up. We grabbed the stuff we would need. Books, phone, headphones, charger, Teddy and snacks, the my mum told my brother and sister. They were 16 and 18 so old enough to stay home. Then we got the folding wheelchair and by the time we were in the car, it was 9:30.
We got to the hospital and waited for ages. Then the called my name, well actually they got it wrong and called my middle name. The doctor had a look and told me it was part of my stomach bug and to go he and sleep.
By the time we got home it was 2:00 am and the next morning my leg was fine.
