Y/N's POV

I stood back against the large metal door's with Emma as she blew all of the water from the inside of the large ship. My air bubble popped with a splash and I hurried over to the cabinet against the far wall, pulling out the quilt Emma and I had stored here, as well as the sealed box containing some candles and matches.

"Could you lay this out please?" I asked Emma softly, handing over the large fluffy blanket. It was a miracle it hadn't gotten wet.

She hummed in response and went to work, flattening the lumps and then making herself comfortable. I brought over a few of the lit candles sticks and set them up around us, before settling down and pulling a shivering Emma close and grabbing the side of the quilt to bring over us. With her own shaking hand she tugged at handfuls of my shirt.

Grabbing Emma's book of choice I pushed a few of my dripping bangs from my face and pryed open the large binded stack of paper, reading off the title in the process,"Tom Sawyer."

Eleven chapters of Tom Sawyer, three candles, and a quick nap later, Emma and I stood up to gather and put away our things.

"This was nice." I mumbled, slinging my arm around her waist.

"It was, very. Thank you for agreeing, I know it's not the most romantic thing but I wanted to have some time alone with you." She whispered back turning and pressing our foreheads together.

"It was perfect." I smiled, pecking her nose, "Happy Valentine's Day my love."

With a light giggle and a blush of her cheeks, Emma grabbed my hand and pulled me to the large doors, we each sucked in a breath and braced ourselves for the swim back to the surface, hand in hand.
