Harry POV
If anyone were to ask me what my life was like, I would say it's a crystal. Crystals are one of the most popular and beautiful gemstones in the world. Some might even call it perfect. That's what I thought, too. Since young, I've always collected the gemstones that Dudley throws out, entranced by the outlook of the gem. One day, just to try, I put the crystal in my mouth. It was cold and sharp. Just like hatred and desire.
"Don't get too attached to the mirror, Harry. Men have gone insane because of it."
Third person POV
Laughter and cheerful chatter filled the platform, away from prying muggle eyes. Autumn had come early and ginkgo leaves flitted in and out of the platform like shadows, making the already magical platform look like a scene from a fairy tale.
Harry Potter entered the platform through the magical barrier and greeted his best friend and 'partners in crime', Hermione and Ron.
Sorry for the short paragraph, I swear I'll make it longer next time. I'll be posting weekly, at least, just so you know.
