A/N: Alright, so after a long time of contemplating whether I should continue this story I have decided to do it. I know I haven't updated in a long time and that's because I kind of lost interest in the anime and even more so in this story. Recently I have had some inspiration and have decided to keep updating but please know that I don't get inspiration often. Also, looking back on this story, I feel I need to stress once again that this isn't for kids. My suggestion is that, if you were uncomfortable with some of the scenes in the anime Diabolik Lovers, you probably shouldn't read this. That aside, I'm pretty happy with this chapter and I'm glad that so many have read my story :) I'm sorry if this chapter doesn't meet expectations, I'd really like some help with inspiration, if you have any ideas please let me know, my main priority is making this an enjoyable story to read for all of you so I'll happily accept pointers. I hope you all enjoy this "masterpiece" (that was sarcasm by the way) that I wrote with the last of my brain cells. As always, enjoy!!!!!!

"Invisic" I spat.
All of a sudden, a flash of light filled the room, temporarily blinding me. The color was the same as the color of Yui's name on my wrist. For an instant, my head felt like it was being crushed and blown up at the same time, whilst also trying to split itself in half by sheer force of will. Then it all stopped and I found myself spread flat on the floor of a church aisle. I immediately rose to my feet, stumbling horribly, and turned to face Laito, who was, just as I'd predicted, playing out the same performance as from the anime. I stopped myself from reminiscing about that scene from the show and focused on what I needed to do. This scene had been a big part of Yui losing her faith in God, and inadvertently also diminishing much of her hope and who she was. Not another thought went through my head as I raced forward, trusting my invisibility, and tackled Laito from slightly to his side. He held a face of surprise as the unseen force drove into him with such strength. Normally, my strength alone would not have been enough to move the vampire one inch, even with my heightened abilities, but Laito had been caught off guard. He was thrown to the ground, his signature fedora tumbling off his head. I quickly stumbled to my feet and grabbed the disheveled Yui's wrist and pulled her up from the altar and toward the door, all the while her confusion evident in her stunned silence and shocked expression. Laito, who had regained his composure seemed to have caught on. He straightened his fedora on his touseled red hair and, before Yui and I could even make it halfway to the door, Laito spoke.
' ' ~Nicola Meyers, stop where you are but maintain a strong grip on little miss Komori.~ ' '
I was almost as surprised by the fact that Laito had actually called me by my real name, instead of her somewhat demeaning nickname as I was by the fact that... I could not move! What's more, no matter how much I tried to pull away from Yui, my hold on her slender wrist only grew tighter! Startled, I tried to turn my head back to Laito or even mutter a single word but I was frozen to the spot. The monster himself just chuckled as though he could sense my frustration and bewilderment.
' ' Ngh-' ' Yui cried out, wincing at the pain of the invisible vice-like grip that held her, and trying to pull away. Cold sweat permeated my brow as I tried not to panic. There's no way I'd stopped because of Laito's words, right? It must be some kind of vampire fluke... I tried to reassure myself with these useless and pathetic thoughts as Laito stood from the ground, dusted off his clothes, and started walking toward Yui and me. I felt a chill as Laito's cold skin brushed along my neck, trying to feel where I was.
' ' ~Reveal yourself, Nicola Meyers~ ' ' Laito commanded. There it was again, my actual full name.
Before I could even think anything else, I heard myself, as if through a haze, grunt the word ' ' ' Visen''. I felt helpless as the dizzying feeling came over me and Laito's snake-like eyes locked on my form.
