-Reader's P.O.V.-

"HOW DO YOU KNOW PAPYRUS?!" Undyne yelled from behind us

'WHO THE HELL IS PAPYRUS?!'

I didn't bother trying to ask any questions, I just kept running while holding Frisk's hand. We ran past a lookout type of station, with that skeleton with the blue jacket I saw before, thankfully he was sleeping again, so we ran right on past him. We got onto a type of bridge and got past that and after we were off, I stopped running to catch my breath, as did Frisk.

"Armor...so...hot...but I must...keep going...!" I heard Undyne from behind us.

I turned around and saw her on the bridge laying down, she looked like she was burning!

"Omg! Frisk get some water!" I instructed them.

Frisk nodded and quickly went to the water cooler nearby and got a small cup of water and brought it back. They poured it onto Undyne which seemed to help cool her off at least a little bit, the spears me and Frisk had disappeared and Undyne got up, looked around, looked at us, and then just, walked away.

'She spared us huh?'

I sighed and stood up and brushed myself off and looked at Frisk.

"Shall we continue my, little sibling?" I asked them.

They nodded and smiled a little and hugged my arm, as we continued going straight.

"So, who was that 'Papyrus' guy?? And I'm assuming 'Goat mom' is that Toriel lady?" I questioned.

"Yep! And Papyrus is this really funny and cool tall skeleton I had to fight! Well, I didn't actually fight him, I just spared him and kept dealing with his attacks, eventually he gave up and we became friends!" They explained with a small laugh.

"Ah, I get it. Makes sense, also we're still gonna try to see this Asgore guy right? I mean, we have to make sure we're actually allowed to stay here. Like back at the orphanage, we gotta get everything worked out to where we can actually have a family."

Frisk nodded and soon we were in front of an type of lab looking place. The both of us looked at one another and shrugged, and then went inside. Thankfully the place had an AC which helped cool us off since outside was blazing.

'No wonder it's called 'Hotland'.'

I sighed and stretched my arms and back as Frisk went to a type of computer screen, that showed, us?

"Uhhh, were we being watched the whole time?"

Frisk shrugged and we both continued walking, soon stopped and heard something.

'An elevator?'

I looked towards the door nearby that opened and dinosaur/lizard person came out, she had glasses and lab coat on. She looked at us and gasped and Frisk and I looked at each other confused then back at the scientist lady.

"Oh. My. God. I didn't expect you to show up so soon! I haven't showered, I'm barely dressed, it's all messy, and..." She started rambling.
