It was a beautiful day in Manhattan. Mark was fast asleep when he heard. “Wake up Hot-Head!” said his girlfriend Emma who had hit him with a pillow. When Mark opened his eyes he saw Emma looking at him with a pillow in her hands. “ Get up or Mr. Pillow is going to hit you again” Emma said cooly, “ OKay! Okay I’m up!” said Mark getting off his bed. After getting ready he met up with Emma in the living room. “ Come on let’s go!”, said Emma. As they walked out Mark grabbed Emma’s hand as they headed to work. “What took you both so long?!” said their Boss angrily. Mark and Emma hurried inside the Diner and got to their stations.
During their lunch break they were sitting down when…..CRASH!! The windows of the Diner broke and covered the floor of the Diner. When the chaos settled, Dr. Volcano stood before them. Mark and Emma looked at each other. “You ready?,” asked Mark knowingly, “ Born ready.” said Emma, and with that they ran out of the Diner into an allway.
