A/n I don't like doing these often but I would like to apologise for taking so long to update although this chapter is pretty long, I have a few ways that this story could pan out so I guess it depends on my mood as I'm writing. Im not going to lie I have been totally overwhelmed with the amount of schoolwork i have to catch up on and that is taking a lot of time, I had most of this chapter complete then It got deleted so I had to start again and it took a little while to get back in the groove of writing. Feedback would be appreciated let me know how I can make this story better for you and thank you all so much for reading my story xx

*Jamie's POV *

After detention and the most amazing conversation ever I drove me and Chloe back to her house. The two of us sang the entire dive home with the music blaring. She was still blissfully unaware as to why my mood was suddenly so high, I was waiting to share my brilliant news till later on in the afternoon. Before we left for school this morning, we agreed that I would go over and watch films this afternoon so that we could talk and hang out seen as though she has been a little bit distant as of late.

Once we had entered Chloe's house we were greeted by the luxurious smell of tasty popcorn, warm sausage rolls and pizza. In the kitchen we could hear Ella humming and it appeared that the mouth-watering smell wasn't even coming from that direction. We followed the lush smell into the lounge where we found a totally rearranged room and instead of the welcoming homey room that lay there this morning now was something that somewhat resembled a movie theatre. It was beautiful and on the table was the snacks that we could smell.

We watched two movies before Chloe started to get really tired she told me how she had just started on some medication and it often makes her tired so after I could tell that she was struggling I decided to let her rest. I don't want Chloe to think that I am trying to baby her because she is ill I just wanna help make her life a little bit easier. I am still to break the news to Chloe so just before leaving I told Ella that I would take Chloe up to her bed. As soon as the bedroom door shut Chloe knew that I was holding something in and blurted, " you know you can tell me anything right, if your mad at me for not saying anything when the tests were being done just say something I just didn't want to worry you as I thought I was going to be fine." I shook my head, yeah it hurts a bit that she didn't tell me and that I couldn't be there for her, but I understand and honestly, I would probably have done the same thing.

"no don't worry its nothing like that and honestly I don't know how you're going to react because what I need to tell you is pretty big but I also need you to keep it a secret because if anyone finds out someone will get into a lot of trouble."

"Jamie don't worry your my best friend and no matter what you tell me no matter what I will not say anything to anyone" I tried to talk but instead all that came out was a stutter I don't know why I was so scared, Chloe just looked at me with soft eyes and I just wanted to tell her so bad but I couldn't find the words, like how am I even supposed to say that I'm kinda dating a teacher like that we are taking things as it goes but that were giving it a go. I just don't know how to say it in a way that seams not weird.

" so you know the night of the party how I got dropped off back at mine by the beautiful woman I was talking about but that I was bummed because we probably wouldn't see each other again, well we did see each other again and well there's a few things, 1. That is who was in my house this morning who you freaked out over 2. We've seen each other quite a bit since the day after the party 3. We are going to see where things go between us..." Chloe shrieked and cheered at the thought of me on the way to an actual relationship although she soon noticed that I was still really uncomfortable so she soon looked at me clearly curious as to why I was fidgeting. I continued " well there is just one big thing and this is where the secrecy is the most important, well her name is Laura C-C-Clark and sh-shes the new English teacher..."
