Chapter 6

Everything was going as usual for everyone at school, except for a certain someone. Donghyuck was staring out of space and his boyfriend noticed it. So, he shook him out of it.

'What are you thinking about Hyuck?' Mark asked curiously.

Donghyuck came to his consiousness ' Huh? Were you saying something?

Mark frowned, worried because he has been noticing the younger spacing out since the morning. Is something bothering him? Because the younger is really good at hiding his problems, unless and until Mark has to force him to tell.

'The guys are asking if it's okay to hang out with them on the weekend at Jaemin's place.' Mark said keeping in mind to ask what's bothering Hyuck later on.

'Yeah, okay! I have no problem with that.' Hyuck replied while facing towards his friends.

Jaemin's face lit up in excitement, 'Great! It's been so long that we guys hang out at someone's place.'

'True!' Renjun agreed. They all nodded and resumed to what they were doing.

Mark and Donghyuck reached home and when they entered, they could hear laughter and chattering noises from the living room.

The noises suddenly stopped and all the attention was towards them now.

'Son! Great timing, come here and greet uncle Kang.' Mr. Lee called his son.

Mark sighed and looks at Donghyuck, signalling him to go and get freshened up before walking towards them.

But Donghyuck being Donghyuck, he didn't go to his room, instead he headed towards the kitchen and pretended to be doing something while keeping his concentration on their conversation.

He knows that he shouldn't act like this but he can't help it when it comes to his possessiveness over his boyfriend. He knows that Mark loves him and he trusts him but seeing his biggest competitor in front of him today and that also grown up to be this pretty makes him feel insecure.

He saw Mark greeting Mr . Kang, and Mina giving him the heart eyes. And that pissed him very much! He was almost ready to fight, but his attention got cut when his grandmother called him.

'Hyuck-ah! Why are you still in your uniform? Go change and help me with the cooking.'  His grandma nagged.

Donghyuck had no choice but to obey his grandmother. He stomped his feet and left.

When Donghyuck came back after getting freshened up he saw that Mark and Mina were not there. Where can the both of them go now? It's not like he is doubting Mark, he just doesn't trust any girl around Mark .

'Donghyuck come here fast! I need your help.' His grandma again called him and he had no choice but to go and help her.

Meanwhile Mark was giving Mina the tour of the house which changed a lot through out the years. Mina was carefully examining the new changes in the house.

They then stopped in front of his room.

'And this is my new room.' Mark opened the door for Mina to enter.
Mina smiled at him and then started examining his room too.

She looked through the photos in the room, she then noticed on small photo frame beside his nightstand.

It was a photo of him and Donghyuck or more like a selfie. They looked very happy there cause it was taken on their first date as boyfriends.

'Who is he?' Mina pointed at the photo and asked.

'It's Donghyuck. Remember he used to play with us too?' Mark said as he kept his bag on it's place.

'Oh! The servant boy? Are you guys close? I mean isn't it embarrassing to be this close to a servant? '

Mina's questions triggered Mark. I mean it's his boyfriend she is talking about like that. But he understands that's it's not her fault, cause it's not like she knows they are dating or something.

But at the end he couldn't help it and lashed out on her.

'Well first of all he is not just a servant boy to me. I have always treated him as my friend since the beginning. And secondly I would like it if you not call him just a servant boy, cause he is really someone important to me.'

Mina was surprised by his reply and got embarrassed. So she apologized to him.

'I am really sorry Mark! I didn't mean anything bad. Please forgive me.'

'It's okay! You just said what you felt like. Also, can you go down now? Cause I have to change my clothes so.'

Mina nodded and left the room for Mark to get changed.

Getting out of the room she mentally cried, cause she just embarrassed herself in front of her childhood crush. It was really the most embarrassing moment in her life. And this all happened just because of a certain servant boy.
