(jaelyn's pov)
i laid my head boredly on the desk as all i heard was mumbles from the teachers mouth, i was so dead. i did not understand how anyone can possibly make it through 9 hours of their day in a boring ass hell hole.
"jaelyn?" the teacher called my name, i never stood up so quickly-
"yes?" i said scared to fuck. "were you paying attention to the lesson?"
"yeah, yeah i was." i said scratching my neck while playing with my pencil.
i caught a cute boy smiling at me, i obviously smiled back. he had black fluffy hair and chocolate eyes, he caught me smiling back and started writing on a piece of paper. i couldn't see what he was writing since he sat across from me. he asked his friend if he could give to me, i was a bit concerned he was trying to talk to me
i was literally known as a nerd, i had 0 friends, kinda sucked.
i was handed a small folded paper, i giggled and unfolded it.

i smiled at the piece of paper as i bit my lip, i started writing down my number down. he thought i was cute?

3 periods later
finally, this shit hole was over. i walked home completely forgetting i gave the cute boy my number. i was hoping i'd get a text, and i was hoping he wouldn't forget.
i came upstairs after getting something to eat, then i got a text. completely forgetting again i gave the boy my number.

i laughed, changed into some jeans
