Liam Quincy[3months later] I woke up from a sharp pain in my back, I shifted slightly sense Gabrielle's arm was still around my waist. I looked at the time. 4am. I then started to feel pains in my side, I moaned softly in pain.
I felt water laying under me and headed the groggy voice of Gabrielle. "Did you just pee in the bed?" "No you nitwit my water just broke!!"I said sitting up in the bed. As soon as those words came out my mouth he sprung out of bed to help me.
I yelled out in pain not able to stand up, afraid I will collapse. Gabrielle helped me in the bathroom into the bath tub, bath tub because I have been bribing him for months to let me do a home water birth.
I yelled out in pain once again. Gabrielle neld infront of the bathtub, pushing my bangs back. "Dr. Lee be here soon, just breath."He said. As if on cue Dr. Lee ran into the bathroom with a duffle bag. [She got in because gabrielle left the front door unlocked for her.]
"Liam I'm going to need you to push as hard as can!"She asked and I nodded still in pain. [Baby is coming out the 👌🏽 just because.] I grab Gabrielle's hand squeezing it hard, sweat forming on my face even though I'm in cold water.
I pushed 4 more times before I heard I small cry of a baby. I started crying as well. Gabrielle wipped my tears. " Baby boy is finally here."He whispered. "Can i hold him for a moment."I asked Dr. Lee.
She slowly handed me the baby. He was so beautiful, he opened his eyes for a quick moment but it was just enough for to see that he had two different colored eyes. I gave a awe look but also a confused one.
"Dr. Lee his eyes."I said showing her the baby's face. "He's fine, it isn't anything bad."She said still looking at his face. I handed Gabrielle the baby and he was also memorized by the eyes. "Blue...and brown."He stated.
I smiled at the both of them. Dr. Lee took the baby to wash him. [Somewhere.]
