chapter 7 teruhashi's sick day

As saiki walked to school something felt off the three morons weren't there nor the angel

*good grief where is everyone?*

Saiki thought to himself as he went inside the school everyone looked really upset

He saw kaido nendou and kuboyasu talking to each other also looking sad

"Hey where's teruhashi?"

'Oh hey saiki it seems teruhashi has a cold'

'Or what if she has a deadly disease!-'

"Were not doing this again kaidou"

Saiki said with a sigh

'When do you guys think she'll be back?'

Kaidou asked obviously sad

'Why, do you miss her already chibi?'

Nendou asked while laughing

Shes sick huh? Is what I was thinking I decided I'd go to her house after school to see if she's okay and alright.

After all the classes it was finally the end of school so saiki quickly put his shoes on and ran somewhere to teleport  when he got there. there she was.

'Mmgh- sai-ki?'

Teruhashi groaned

Are you okay teruhashi?

Saiki asked

'Heh do you miss me already saiki?'

Teruhashi said as a small little smile appeared on her face as she let out a cough

You wish!

Saiki said as he smirked

As teruhashi laid there looking at saiki she couldn't help but smile she gestured for him to come near her

Saiki took a few steps near her and sat down on her bed next to her

Do you need anything while I'm here?

Saiki asked

'Y-yes my brothers gonna be gone for a few days do you think you can come over after school everyday?'

I suppose I could.?

'Thank you saiki!'

Teruhashi said as she was about to hug him but quickly stopped herself

'Do you think you could give me some medicine?'

Sure, where is it?

'Its on my kitchen counter downstairs'

Alright I'll go get it

As saiki went downstairs he grabbed the medicine just to find something by it

He picked it up and read the label and it said...

Saiki looked at it and smiled it was cut- funny! It was funny she was trying so hard to impress him.

He put it back on the counter and acted like he never saw it

As he walked back upstairs he thought about the day he saw her face

She really was like an angel like she was God's favorite person. he continued walking upstairs and went to teruhashi's room and gave her medicine

'Thanks saiki'

Teruhashi said with a bright smile

You're welcome. I should probably go now I'll see you tomorrow!

Just as saiki was about to leave he felt a hand grab him

'Don't g-go not yet plea-please?'

He stopped and turned around to look at the girl who was now completely red

Fine I guess I could stay a little longer but what do you want to do?

'We could watch a movie!?'

He read her mind and seen that she wanted to watch a romantic movie and to try and get saiki to say offu
He really did want to say no but he couldn't otherwise it would be like the other day where she was completely broken

Yare yare fine!

As they both walked downstairs teruhashi put a movie on it was really hard to watch for saiki as he was watching it he felt something on his shoulder he turned over to see teruhashi had fallen asleep she was really cute when she was asleep just as saiki was looking at her he heard the tv say-

I'm falling for her and I think I like it I like her company and whenever I try to leave I feel guilty it's hard to say how I feel but I love her!

Saiki froze

Did he love teruhashi? Or did he just like her as a friend?

It was hard to know

He enjoyed her company and loved it when they talked and whenever he thought about her his heart beat sped up..he couldn't believe it him the most strongest guy in the world was falling for someone like teruhashi?
His mind was racing back and forth and arguing with itself until he felt a hand grab his hand and hold it he looked over to see that teruhashi had ended up holding saiki's hand and she muttered out while she was asleep dreaming

'I love you'

He smiled at that then he leaned his head on hers and closed his eyes

"I think- I think I love you too teruhashi.."

And with that they were both asleep
