💙Chapter 4: Brutal Torture...🖤

(Sonic's POV)
It has been a week since my relationship with Shadow started. It was so...wonderful. I felt like I can finally be free from being forced to be Amy's girlfriend. She was annoying as hell, over-possessive, and very disrespectful to everyone I was friends with! I had to find a way to get her off my quills...for good...

I walked in the living to see Shadow watching tv. He looked...uninterested in the tv.

Should I be worried..?
I'll see if he's okay...

I sat behind him on the couch and wrapped my arms around his waist. "You okay Shads?" I asked him. He immediately snapped out of his thoughts as soon as I asked him. "Y-yes Sonic. I'm okay. Just thinking." He replied.

Hmm...thinking...
About what..?

"What's wrong Shadow?" I asked him, concerned. He shook his head, trying to get out of his own lies. I kept asking and asking and asking just to get an answer.

Shadow sighed and finally spilled the truth. "I'm stilled thinking about what the four did to me...plus Maria's death..." He spoke solemnly. I had a sad expression, just taking in his pain. I pet his quills and whispered. "I promise I'll make you happy. Don't be sad. I'm here for you Shadow." I cooed in his ear. He blushed, as I smiled while looking at his cute face.

"Having fun boys?" A female voice called out from behind. Me and Shadow looked to see it was Rouge. "Oh heya Rouge. I was just comforting my cutie pie here." I replied to the bat while winking at Shadow. He seemed to have gotten so much redder because he was now silently screeching. "S-SHUT UP SONIC!" Shadow bursted. Me and Rouge laughed at his embarrassment. The three of us talked for about a few hours until Shadow told me he was gonna go for a walk.

Meanwhile...

(Shadow's POV)
I had walked for a while now in the forest. It was getting pretty dark now but I didn't mind. I did feel the sudden feeling I was being watched...I looked behind me and to my sides several times to make sure I was safe.

I wasn't though...

I heard...whispers creeping behind me...
I felt the wind chill down my back...
It was creepy...
But the last thing that happened-

BANG!

My vision blacked out from a sudden blow in my head. I was dragged on the hard ground by two people. Four voices of mischievous laughter loomed above my unconscious. I just couldn't tell who they were since I was knocked out severely.

"...what do we do with him?~"
"...take him to my house to torture him of course!~"
"...heh...sounds like a plan~"
"...come on guys! Let's hurry before he wakes up!"

After a while of being dragged, I was propped on a chair. I was tied up while laughter still occurred...

I had to wake up...
...Sonic...please...help me...
...sorry I got myself into this...

I forced myself to wake up once I got the chance. I saw Amy, Sally, and Scourge looking at me with very nasty glares...I immediately felt my heart race. I was fucked...I couldn't escape... "Hello you three..." I managed to mumble. "Good evening Shadow! Had a good rest?~" The pink hedgehog laughed mischievously. I felt myself just breaking, my previous flesh wounds not feeling like shit. Sally caught sight of the red scars and stared at me. "Let me see your arms." She spoke while untying me. I tried to move so she wouldn't see.

But nothing worked...

"N-no..! Don't!" I pleaded while squirming. She grabbed a hold on both my arms and saw the deep red scars that took over both my wrists. Her eyes widened like crazy. She stood silent for a few seconds before laughing. "Guys look! Shadow is suicidal! He's ACTUALLY cutting himself!" Sally bursted. Amy and Scourge laughed along with her. I then saw another figure walking towards me...

Manic...
I felt myself just freeze...

"So he's cutting himself eh?" The green hedgehog smirked at his three friends. The rest nodded while I sat in the chair, helpless...I could get the chance to escape since Sally freed my hands but I didn't want the torture being worse than what it already is...Scourge held out his phone and recorded me with flash on. I blinked from the blinding light.

"Hey Sonic! Hope you enjoy the sight~ This is warning to not mess with us...Enjoy, cunt!" Manic spoke in the recording while cracking his knuckles. As Scourge continued recording, Manic yanked out a few of my quills roughly as I screamed out in pain. The rest was laughing at my suffering. Manic winked at the camera after four minutes as a sign he was done and for Scourge to stop recording. Scourge did so and sent the tormenting video to Sonic. I felt tears wanting to come out of my eyes, but I held them so I can save them for later...

Back at Shadow's House
Sonic's POV

Where was Shadow..?
He should've been back by now...

I thought about Shadow's safety until I had gotten a video from...Scourge..? I clicked on the video and watched in horrific anger...
