It's been four weeks since the last encounter Venus had with Alexander. Not a lot has happened, but a lot has happened. Venus' mother came home early once, but not alone. She now has a boyfriend. Venus' grades have dropped, but not significantly. Alexander has been worrying himself sick because of Venus.
