So hello guys. This story is really special for me as it is based on a true story... Mine! So it's basically a kind of journal and I'll take you guys back to my extremely awkward and dramatic teenage. If you guys are familiar with the Dork Diaries and The Diary of a wimpy kid then you'll know what to expect with this. So please keep reading.
Enjoy!!!

I was extremely excited and nervous. I was about to start middle school! Now I know people usually 'dislike' middle school but I'm not one of those people. And for really good reasons.

I've been going to this school for 5years and I was quite happy there.

First of all, because unlike other schools in town, we don't have knew classes every year. So for example, if a student is in section A, then he/she will most probably be in the same section for rest of the school life.

Now why is this a good thing, you ask. Because I'm not an extrovert. The idea of having new classmates every year is quite distressing for me.

And being in C section for five years, I had found my two perfect besties. Aadhya and Reva. There were many other girls whom I liked but these two were the best. And not to mention  my crush, Vansh.

Vansh and I had been seat partners in 3rd grade. I absolutely loathed him back then. But in 4th grade again we were made seat partners for the whole year.

That was when I saw him as he was. Fun, sarcastic, matured, smart, clever, etc. I mean it was a lot for a 9 year old.

Things went on like that for awhile but eventually, I lost interest on him... At least that is what I pretend.

Anyways I had spent my 5th grade trying to catch his attention while pretending to be indifferent to my friends.

So yeah, I was excited. I wore my school uniform, ate my breakfast, packed my bag and said good bye to my mom. Then I took of to my school.

If I walk, my school is about at 5 minutes (at the most) distance. So I walk to my school.

A teacher guided me to my class.
6th C. I grinned like a maniac to myself and walked in. Vansh was playing with one of his friends.

I looked at him expectantly but he didn't even notice my arrival.

So much for sitting two years next to him.

I searched for an empty seat and sat on it. I wondered whether Aadhya or Reva would come first.

It was a rule, whoever among those two came first, would sit with me.

Don't get me wrong. I'm. Not. At. All. Popular.

But Reva and Aadhya fight every year to sit by me. I don't have the heart to chose. So I made them make a decision by themselves.

See the thing is, Reva and Aadya hate each other. I know it sounds crazy, but it is. And I get dragged up in the between all the time.

"Preeti, there you are. Hello! "

" Oh my god Reva, you scared me! Anyways how are you? "

As usual, Reva was the first one to come. I really liked her. She was the girl who was beautiful, had all the boys crushing on her, absolutely fun to be with, a great dancer and the topper of the class.

I had no idea why she was friends with me. But whatever the reason was, I was glad.

But I was also guilty. Aadhya was pretty much like me. And she was genuinely my best friend. And I was closer to her.
