I took a deep breath before stepping into Crestville High. With Eric by my side I felt more confident to walk. We got to the principal's office to collect my timetable and other important things. I told you it wasn't going to be so bad."Eric said" Yeah it didn't really go badly I said happily.so let's go to your class now Eric said with a large smile on his face.i got to my locker then picked my calculus note pad and dropped my stuffs in my locker.
Calculus was not as bad as i expected then I had Economics,then Drama class then we were released for lunch.I was about going out for lunch when a girl tapped me from behind.i turned hoping she wasn't about to be bitchy.Hey,"she greeted"
Hi,"I replied with a small smile"
I guess you are new in this school."she said"
Yes I am."i replied"
Forgive my manners please,am Claire White.
Am Kaitlyn Shaw but I would prefer you call me kaite."i told her"
So can we be friends?"she asked"
*Okay that is surprising I said to myself..nobody ever asks to be my friend*
Kaite are you okay?"she asked when I didn't answer"
Ohh yeah am fine...sure we can I told her and her ocean blue eyes shone with happiness.
Thanks so can we go for lunch now? "she asked with a wide smile"
We got to the cafeteria and joined the queue I asked for hamburger and apple juice while Claire asked for apple pie and orange juice.we talked while eating then the bell was rang indicating it was time for our next class.
What are you having now?"Claire asked"
Am having language."i replied"
Well that's good we are having the same class now."she said with a smile on her face"
Sure let's go."I said tugging her a bit"we had P.E after language then Literature that was the last and most boring class for the day. Claire joined me in class immediately we heard the bell. Gosh Literature class was really boring she said giving a very bored expression.i just laughed and left the class with her tagging along.we exchanged numbers and left.
Well I can see somebody has made a friend Eric said with a grin on his face as he walked towards me.
Yes I have I said returning his grin.
