A little while goes by and Carlos wants the kids. He decided it would be best so he takes Felicia to court. The plan failed! Felicia got custody because of dumb laws about Carlos' house not being fit for kids and Felicia had no dirt on her because of lies. So months pass before the next court date Carlos finally gets the kids because he got a two story 4 bedroom home which he rents, he worked on getting his life straightened, and Child protective services got called in Felicia and the saw the terrible conditions of the kids and house after it had not been cleaned and the fridge and cabinets had been empty and infested with bugs.
The aftermath was Carlos got all four kids and Felicia got jailed for not paying child support. Also Carlos followed up with a future court date for divorce. But all he was worried about was the kids safety.
