"But what if..."

Dunya woke up bathed in the warm sun rays of the noon. Drowsy still, looking around, she realized the bed she woke up in, was not hers and the vampire next to her, was gone. The room in which the girl woke up was completely white. The windows had bars on them and her hands and feet were cuffed to the bed. "What the..." she mumbled as she tried to free herself.

"It's useless, you are tightly strapped to the bed, so you won't harm yourself." Said a voice behind the door with the small window, that also had bars on it.

"Where am I?" The girl asked confused, still looking around.

"You keep asking that every time you wake up." The voice sounded bored.

"What are you talking about?" Dunya was even more confused and now a bit uneasy.

"It's time for your medicine." The voice notified her as the door opened with a heavy click.

"What medicine? Who the fuck, are you?" She was irritated and confused, a feeling of dread creeping around her.

"Look, I am telling you for the Nth time that you are mentally ill and you are in a hospital room." The young man holding a small cup with pills, rolled his eyes.

"What? No! That can't be!" A feeling of panic took over her. "I was with the Sakamaki's a moment ago." She continued, struggling to free herself.

"Look cutie, I don't care where you were a while ago, now you are here." He approached her with malice in his smile, wrapping his hand around her neck.

"Again, with the fucking chocking fetish. How did I get here?" The brunette was trying to escape his grip. Sadly, her bed was restricting her.

"Oh, you never said or asked that before." He got up and looked at her with an eyebrow raised in surprise.

   "What?" Confusion was still there.

"You got sent here by your parents after you crashed the car. Your recovery took a while and after that your violent behavior almost killed them." He looked down to her with mockery but also pity.

"No, I didn't crash the car. It was the other person that crashed into us." She corrected the man.

"You were the one that had a suicidal thought and grabbed the steering wheel, suddenly turning it, making the car crash into another one. Sadly, your driver didn't survive" His lips curved into a sinister grin.

"No, no, no, you are wrong, after I got in a fight with my best friend..." She was cut off by his hand hitting her cheek, rather violent.

"Silence, you are delusional!" He yelled at her, his grin still present, on his lips.

"No, this can't be real." She closed her eyes in denial. "I am not crazy. I don't want to hurt anyone!" She yelled with despair.

The girl heard whispers laughing in the background as the man also started into an evil laughter, more and more whispers kept saying "It's all your fault, all your fault." on a singing tone, like children singing a playful song. They kept laughing and repeating that. Her left shoulder felt like its burning, the room felt like it was spinning around and the voices never stopped.

Dunya was struggling to get out of her restraints but to no avail, they felt tighter and tighter. She tried to scream. Even though her mouth would open, no words would come out. Cold sweat was dripping down her forehead, making her black strands stick to her cheeks. It felt like the room was melting, the voices becoming louder and louder.
