Keefe's POV:

Today I'm moving back into my college dorm, I'm a sophomore in college. (I think that's a thing?) I have a rough background.  I'm known as the fuckboy, the rich boy, and the prankster.  To be completely honest I'm still a virgin.  All of the stories made up by those girls are completely fake, I've had multiple girlfriends but all of them ended up just wanting me for money and looks. Daddy dearest and me have always disagreed, he believes all that matters to life is the public eye, meanwhile I think other things.

I'm sitting in my dorm's living room, setting up the tv.  All this sudden people come in, a man comes in first, his face darkens when he sees me.

I see a beautiful, and I mean beautiful blonde haired, brown eyed girl behind him.  There is what looks to be her mother, and her sister.  Her sister makes googily eyes at me, meanwhile the blonde is unfazed.  That is not normal, I kind of like it.  Not to mention, that adding to her beauty she is extremely hot. I introduce myself, she seems sweet with a hint of spice.  Her voice is the sound of a angel.  I feel the tent in my pants rise. Oh god, how am I gonna survive this year?
