Every citizen of every country has to be rewarded for their works... and this isn't going to be different.

Each citizen of this country is expected to read at least a book from here every week and give comments.

We have figured out a way to encourage very citizen to do her work efficiently and also reward every citizen.

There would be points given to everyone as a form of salary for the work ( reading a book ) done by everyone.

These points would determine the BOTW and BOTM for the country.

Points would be given to those....

1. Citizens who has completed reading a book.

2. Citizens with the most constructive final comment.

3. Citizens with the kindest comments.

4. The first citizen to complete a book.

5. The citizen who had read the most books.

All these if done would earn you a point. This is also a method to keep this country lively.
