Chapter 15

JIEUN

"You guys are good!" I clapped. Seventeen continued practicing after they welcomed me and it's been hours since they continued practicing. Other than that, they still look good and they are improving lots!

"Thank you~" Hoshi thanked. I shrugged it off by chuckling.

"Are you all hungry? I'll buy foods." I asked them and their eyes glinted. They are sure hungry.

"Yes, please." Dokyeom and Seungkwan plead while kneeling and their hands up in the air.

"Sur---" I didn't get to finish my sentence when the door opened. A staff entered the room. She looked around first before stopping her gaze at me and made a gesture for me follow her. I looked at the boys and they were looking at me. 'I'll buy foods, don't worry' I mouthed at them and they smiled.

I followed her outside and she took a glance at the door before turning her full attention on me. I gulped. It was somehow intimidating but I managed to be calm.

"Since you are their new manager, you're going to stay in their dorm. I believe you're mature enough to be professional. You're a girl in a dorm full of boys." She said. W..hat? Stay in their dorm?

I hang my head low, emptying my mind and trying to process what she said.

"Are you thinking what you should do inside the dorm?" She asked that made me raise my head and quickly shook.

"No, no," I waved my hands. "I just.. I'm just a bit shock."

She quickly raised her eyebrow but soon putted an angelic face. "Well, That's all. You can move your things later. See you when I see you." That's what she said before leaving.

I heaved a sign and held my chest. My heart is beating fast. I shooked my head and went out to buy foods.

MINGYU

"Where is noona? I'm hungry." Seungkwan whined.

"Be patient, Seungkwan." Vernon nagged him but Seungkwan just rolled his eyes.

"Fine." He replied.

Practice ended seconds ago. We were just waiting for Jieun to come back with foods on her hands. 'Where is Jieun? Huhu, I'm so hungry..' Oh? God heard me.

I turned my head to the door when it opened. Jieun peeked her head and smiled when she saw us on the ground, in a circle. Her smile is so angelic.

"I'm sorry if i'm a bit late. I talked to my sister." She said and laid the food in the ground. Seungkwan, Woozi hyung and S.coups hyung helped unpacking the foods.

Once the table-- ehem ground is set, we clasp our hands and thanked God for the meal.

"We'll eat well!" We shouted and started digging.

"You. must. not. fangirl." I heard Jieun say on my side. I softly nudged her and chuckled, signalling her it's okay to fangirl.

"nOoooOooo tHiS iS tOo cuTeEee." She squealed while softly smacking the ground and her other hand covering her gaping mouth. She squealed once again. The others burst out a laugh at her reaction and copied her.

Lol. She's cute too.

We finished eating and the maknae line cleaned the ground and threw the plastics away. Jieun was checking something on the tablet the staff gave her. The tablet has our schedules in it. I went beside her and tapped her shoulder. She flinched at my sudden touch but softly smiled after.

"Hi." I greeted.

"Hello." She smiled and her eyes went small.

"Are you doing fine?" I asked her.

She giggled before turning her attention back on the tablet. "I should ask you that. You all finished your practice minutes ago and tomorrow, you will have loads of shows to participate in." She said. She sounds worried so I let out a small smile before looking down, trying not to smile so hard.

"Let's go now!" I heard S.coups hyung yell so I looked at Jieun and she was packing her stuffs before looking at me.

"S.coups-ssi is calling. Let's go." I followed her until we reached the van.

JIEUN

I let out a sigh when I entered their van. The driver was already on the van when I came in. The other members are in the other van.

Van 1 - Jieun, Mingyu, Jeonghan, Seungkwan, Joshua, Jun, Woozi

Van 2 - Vernon, S.coups, Hoshi, DK, Wonwoo, Dino, Minghao

I sat beside Jeonghan and saw him fast asleep. He's so cute. He is surely tired too.

The van started moving and I layed back. Thinking things I shouldn't think. But stopped when I heard the driver say,

"Miss Jieun? Aren't you going to take your stuff?"

Uh oh. I forgot about that!

"Why? Where is Jieun noona going?" Seungkwan asked behind me.

"They decided to let Jieun stay on your dorm because she's your manager." The driver said and took a glance at me on the rear-view mirror.

I saw on my peripheral view, Jeonghan fluttered his eyes open.

"She's staying on our dorm? But she's a girl, and we're boys. Thirteen boys and one girl under one roof doesn't sound good to me." Jeonghan said and the others agreed.

"I c-can manage. I'll be professional, I promise. I'll do my work." I said and played with my fingers.

Then there was silence.

"Okay. Fine." Jeonghan sighed. "But hey, it's not like I don't want you to stay in our dorm. It's j-just, we're all b-boys and you're a g-girl.. So.." Jeonghan muttered and scratched his nape. I chuckled at his cuteness.

"It's okay. I can manage, really." He looked at me for a few seconds before smiling. I smiled back and looked to the front. I smiled before plugging my earphones into my phone and listened to their song, Kidult.
