Andy's POV

"Mr. Biersack, it seems that Kara lost a lot of blood. We've given her a transfusion and she's stable for now, but we're not sure how long she will stay that way." The nurse informs me.

"Can I see her? Please?"

"I suppose that'd be fine. Does she have any family we need to call?"

"No. Just me." I reply. "Well, and our friends."

She nods and leads me through the white hallways and through two sliding glass doors before pointing out Kara's room. I walk in cautiously, looking at her pale face and bloody gown. She's hooked up to many machines and I can hear her heartbeat. I sit next to her bed, holding her hand and I speak.

Kara's POV

I hear noises, but I can't see anything. I try to move, but it's almost as if I'm paralyzed. I feel someone touch my hand, but I just can't move.

"Kara, can you hear me? I hope you can. I need you. I need you to stay here, with me. Please don't leave me. You're the most amazing girl I've ever met. You're sweet, funny, and so beautiful. I still remember the first time I saw you. Running into you at the store. Seeing you in the front row of our show. I knew you needed help. I wanted, so badly, to be the one to save you. I looked into your sparkling Hazel eyes and I was just mesmerized. Ever since that night, we've been inseparable. You're my heart and my soul, Kara Marie Conley. Please don't go. I love you." Andy's voice cracks through tears.

I try to force my eyes open to see him, to speak so I can comfort him, to reach out and touch him. But nothing happens. I can still feel his callused hands holding mine, his head resting in my thigh as he sobs.

"A... Andy?" I force out.

"Kara? Oh thank God you're awake! Nurse!" He sniffles.

"Hello, Kara. My name is Sandy. It's good to see you're awake. Do you know where you are? Do you remember what happened?" I nod in reply. "Good. You gave us quite a scare there."

"Yeah. Sorry about that." I choke.

"Well, rest up and try not to strain yourself too much. I'll leave you two alone. Andrew, you can invite your friends in whenever she's ready." She leaves the room.

He sits next to me, holding my waist and trying not to bring up the situation. I can feel the tension growing between us.

"Look, we will talk about this when we get home, okay? Are you ready for Maya and the guys to come in?" He looks at me quizzically.

I nod and close my eyes while Andy leaves to get them. An uproar of sobs, applause and laughter enter the room and I struggle to remain calm. I just smile.

"Hey, baby girl. I'm so glad you're okay." Ash hugs me tightly.

"Yeah. We all are. We couldn't do it without you. You're one of us." CC adds and the others nod in agreement.

"Kara, you know I'm always here. I couldn't go on if you left. You're my rock. I need you, girl. I love you. I'm so happy that you're alright." Maya sniffles and holds me close.

We sit in silence for the longest time until I finally drift off into a deep sleep.

Andy's POV
2am

Kara's been sleeping for a really long time, but I know she needs the rest. I place my hand in hers and the nurse comes in to check her vitals. Once she's finished, I lay on the small couch and try to fall asleep.

12pm

I open my eyes and see everyone in chairs surrounding Kara's bed. I see her dressed in black and grey pajama pants and a long sleeve grey sweater. Her hair is clean and falls in soft waves. Her wrist wrapped in bandages and hers mall bag ready for transport.
