It's okay to be sad, 'cause you're aloud to have feelings. No one said you had to stay happy your whole life.

Cause we feel angry, as fearful at times, and that's okay. Shed your tears, because we're here for you. And, as someone who has gone through some emotional problems, I can happily say, that you're going to be just fine.

Scream cry, or just hug someone and sob on their shoulder. I know it's hard to let go, and I know it's hard to let it all out, but it's very unhealthy to bottle it up.

And, it's not only unhealthy, but it's mentally exhausting. You could get drained of energy very quickly, and lose balance while walking, and stumble over.

Tell someone how you feel, and I promise you'll feel much better. Of course, you won't be better over night, but talking is a start.

Please, please, cry for you. Sadness, can be the answer when it's the right time.

So cry your tears.
