3rd Person POV

The American transfer students sat in the back of the room, minding their own business as the Japanese students talked in front of them. Their teacher walked in without bandages, but the American students didn't bother to listen to what their teacher was saying, their minds were currently trying to sort through what to do with the injured hero they had taken. What made the situation worse was that Iida, the kidnapped hero's brother, was clearly sad and agitated. In the background they heard something about internships and names, however, they only snapped out of their own minds when the R rated hero, Midnight, walked in.

"You'll have hell to pay later. What you pick today could be your code name for life. You better be careful, or you'll be stuck with something utterly indecent."

The Twelve Gods sat up without thinking, no one knew that they had to pick names, heck, they'd never even thought about names. Yet today's class was going to be about names and judging by the board, internships as well. Actually, would they even be doing internships? They hadn't even participated in the sports festival...

Aizawa noticed the sudden attention from his transfers, "Gods, you will also have internships. You'll get letters that will be sent to your dorms later, for now just focus on choosing names."

Whiteboards were handed out to everyone for them to brainstorm hero identities.

Ace's POV

So a hero name huh? It doesn't have to last forever, so should I just use my name? Or should I use Zeus, like the god? No, neither of those sound right...Lightning? Thunder? Let's see lightning and thunder both have something to do with electricity, but I don't want to be called Lightning or Thunder. Hmm, what about Storm? Better, but it's just describing a period of rain and lightning strikes. Wait, Strike? I think I'll go with Strike.

Ash's POV

I create illusions, good and bad. My power really has no limit just like my imagination. I could go with something like Illusionist, but I don't want a name that reveals my powers from the get go. I want something that illustrates the numerous things I can do. I want something that shows how I can trick people's minds. I want to show them the power of the unknown like how in cards you can make anything out of nothing. I'll call myself the unpredictable hero, Deck.

Summer's POV

Okay, hero name. Should be easy with water manipulation as my power. Um, Spring? While that name is interesting and does bring water and life to mind, it doesn't seem like me. I don't want a weird name like Creek or Stream either. The name Pond or Lake isn't exactly my style, though the name River isn't so bad. However, I think I'd like to be the aquatic hero, Aqua.

Alex's POV

Umm, what the heck should I call myself? My power makes people disoriented, they can't think straight and they eventually stray from reason. Like a drunk they'll stumble around without thinking until they drift off. I think that'll work, I'll just call myself Drift.

Eve's POV

I think my name will be something fairly straightforward like Shadow or Huntress, something that signifies the night and thrill of the hunt. Then again, a simplistic name like either of those may be a bit too simple. I don't know how to put it, but I think I want something that is the opposite of something else. Kind of like Evan and I, something like Dusk.

Evan's POV

Great, hero names. I know my name will end up having something to do with the sun or day. Maybe even something to do with music... I could go with Ray, like a ray of sunlight or Star since the sun is just a large star. Although, knowing Eve, she'll want our names to match in some way. Good thing I like the name Dawn.

Hayden's POV

Hero names, fun stuff. How am I supposed to create a hero name for myself!? Should I just go with the name of my power? Forge? Ugh! I forge weapons, what name can I derive from that! I can just go with the god of blacksmith's name. The greek version of the blacksmith god is Hephaestus. That's a bit lengthy, but the Roman equivalent is Vulcan. I think that's the best name I'll get.

Lili's POV

Mother Nature please help me, I need a name that doesn't suck. Vine is what mom wants me to call myself, so that one is definitely out. I could do something like Forest, but again, it doesn't sound right. I could also do something like Bloom or Blossom, still that doesn't feel right. The earth is all about growing and life, continuing on no matter what. To continue growing until you reach the summit. After the tallest mountain on Earth, I'll call myself Everest.

Sammy's POV

A good hero name, I wonder what mine should be. My power's called wrath, but I don't want to be called Wrath. Well, what describes me? I'm always agitated, but I also like being in charge. Queen? Nope, definitely not. What's another word for queen? Empress, regent, ruler, and monarch. I like Monarch the most, let's just see where it goes from there.

Lex's POV

Bewitcher? Temptress? I mean, those are okay, but are there any better names that I can use? What were those mermaids called again, the legends said that a group of mermaids would sing to lure in sailors with their voices. They'd crash into rock shores after being lured there by the sirens' songs. That's it, I'll call myself Siren.

Erik's POV

I can summon equipment for battle, how does that help me create a hero name? I don't want to just call myself Summoner because it sounds kind of lame. Warlock or Sorcerer also fits, yet they still don't sound right. Conjurer? Nah. Dang, this is hard. I guess it'll have to be Thaumaturge, which in English translates to performer of miracles.

Izuku's POV

At first I was going to call myself Raven since my wings are black, but I heard that in Japan they have another winged hero by the name Hawks and I don't want to seem like I'm riding off of that. I could always go the angel route and call myself Michael, but then again that name sounds pretty normal. I'd prefer something with a meaning that's shrouded in mystery, like death. Death is a highly debatable topic, some say that its harbingers are kind, but no matter the interpretation, there is no way to say for certain. Actually, that's perfect, I'll call myself Harbinger.

Twelve Fallen Gods POV

"Now it's time to share your names."

Wait, we have to share these?
