Guess what? Its a new year, a fresh start.
Let's start
Write down whatever you felt that was a mistake from last year. Now crumble the paper and throw it away. Take a deep breath and let it go. It no longer matters. One should not live on the past. Just keep moving and don't stop.
I suggest writing the "365 page book" about the year. Its honestly a really great idea. Don't share it, its like a personal diary for you and only you. Get sticky notes and write down the good moments off your life. It doesn't what it is, maybe you saw a teddy bear that made you smile. Or a little adorable kid been shy, a cute moment. Whatever makes you smile write it down and put in the wall. Look at it every day and smile.
Smiling is a beautiful thing. Been happy is too.
New Year does mean new problem but it also comes new solutions to fix the problem.

I guess life is just like that,
We need not a reason to smile,
For a smile is the reason itself,
To rejoice and open-heartedly give thanks,
I learned to smile because of you,
Because your smiles bring me joy when blue,
It proves how well and powerful,
A simple sweet smile can become so beautiful,
Smile for the sake of a smile,
Smile for the sake of happiness,
Smile for the sake of life,
Smile because of hope left in life,
Smile my friends,
