The Big Move

Your in your room making sure you have everything for the move. Your mom yells, "Do you have everything?" You take one last look around the room there is nothing in it. You head downstairs, "Ya I have everything." You say with a sad look on your face. Your mom says, "Are you having second thoughts?!" You shake your head no and say, "I'm just not use to seeing my room empty." She hugs you and then you guys head to the airport. "I'm going to miss you so much" She says. "I will miss you too", you say back. You hug her one last time and then grab your carryons.

As you head to the gate for your flight you start to think of all the memories you have made and all the ones you are leaving behind. You board the plane and decide to sleep till you get there. You wake up ten minutes before you arrive and start to get excited! As soon as you land you get a taxi to take you to your apartment that you got before you moved up. When you get inside you lock the door and look around it looks so empty but full at the same time because of the boxes. You go to the bedroom and see your mattress laying on the floor. You find your pillows and blankets and make your bed real quick. You then call your mom, "Hey mom! I just wanted to let you know I am at my new apartment and I'm safe." "That's great sweetie now I can go to bed, sorry I will talk to you more tomorrow but it's 2am for me here and I know it's only 11pm for you. I love you I will talk to you tomorrow!" She says. "Okay I love you too talk to you tomorrow goodnight." You say back and then hang up. You start to get sleepy yourself so you head to bed.
