"So who's the new girl" I ask Brandon.
He looks over at the new girl Ebony and shrugs.
"From what my resources tell me she's just the new girl nothing special about her, no drug rumors, no dating rumors, nothing it's like one day she just appeared in our little small town and decided to stay." he looks away and goes back to listening Dci.
I give a frustrated sigh and roll my eyes, who the hell comes here willingly besides old folks who just want to retire and get away from the city.
Hearing the bell ring makes me jog out of my thoughts and off running to weight lifting and gym. Which is just PE and weight lifting, they switch it out every day or so. Which myself being strong I am pretty good when it comes to this.
"Hey, Cj wait up!" shouts a voice from behind me.
Its Maddie the school crush for about everyone including me. Note to self be cool.
"I'm on my way to weight lifting and it seems like you are to, we have a sub there so can you show me some basics." She asks nicely.
This is just weird, Maddie is on the softball and soccer team so she should know the basics. I shrug it off and quickly run ahead to go get changed for class in the locker room.
"So you want to know the basics?" I ask, putting my new workout shoes on.
"Sure."
I am still confused on what's entirely going on but I play along and we mange to get to squats where I'm her partner making sure everything is going smoothly.
"Cj can you please get the weight." she says.
I didn't think she'd be this tired this early, then again she probably didn't work out all summer so she'll be sore a little. Quickly grabbing the weight I lift it off her shoulders and set it on the rack.
"That wasn't so bad you'll just need to work on it more." I say wiping the bars down.
I turn and face her and all of a sudden she's kissing me. Normally I'd be really happy, but this is more like a what the fuck kinda moment for me. Quickly pushing her away I give her that look for an explanation.
"I was dared to, the girls said if I could get you to go all the way then I owed them 20$ but obviously they lost that bet, see you around Cj." she rolls her eyes picks up her things and leaves me to wonder about myself.
I am a senior in high school and I've never gone all the way..
