It was the day of concert. You woke up early which was highly unlikely of you. You decided to dress up really pretty and contemplated on what to wear.

It was windy and a bit cold, so you decided to wear a sweater. Putting your hair in a high ponytail, you applied light makeup. This wasn't the first time you were using makeup but it was rare since you preferred natural look. Today, however, you let yourself go a little loose.
*RING* You grabbed your phone at the sound of the notification.
Joon 🦀: You there yet?

Joon 🦀: waitinggg
You smiled as you put your phone down and rushed towards the avenue.
Jin and Taehyung were being crackheads, playing a game of rock paper scissors as you approached them.
"what are you guys doing?"
"We're playing a game of rock paper scissors",Jin said with a broad smile.. "Loser aka Taehyung buys treats for the those who win".
"Oh yea? Let's see whose the loser, y/n will play too", Tae said.
"Okay fine grumpy pants".
And yea Tae lost. 4-1, a satisfactory win.
The whole gang united with Hobi, Jimin and Jungkook. Hobi being the ray of sunshine as always, cheering up Suga and Namjoon. Jimin being a baby and clinging on to Joon, harmonising with him. You and Jungkook sat in a corner talking about Overwatch and how banana milk has changed his life.
It was pure chaos. And somewhere in this chaos, you found peace. Although, it hasn't been long but they felt like family. Deep down you knew that the vibe they radiated was true and pure.
"Ow, i love you guys", You said.
Tae- "that's disgusting, i love you too"
Jin- "ikr"
Hobi- "I love you more"
Suga- "WHAA-"
JK- "you're so cute -giggles-"
Jimin and Joon blushed and you laughed at their unconscious responses.
The concert begun with roars of cheer and clapping. You still didn't know about the "surprise" Joon prepared and you couldn't wait more. They were performances by different groups and all were received well by the crowd. It was their turn now.
You felt something drop in your stomach. Excitement overcame you and you shouted and cheered for them on the top of your voice.
"Jeez... Sit down y/n", Taehyung laughed.
Their first song was the one you heard at the studio. The lyrics touched you deeply. It was about the stigmas in society and how children have become pupets of unrealistic expectations. Suga and Joon expressed themselves, their agony, their pain so beautifully that it felt like they were telling the story of your life. The story where every student plays the main character.
"They're controlling me, making me a pupet of their dreams" "Someone hold me, I'm afraid" " My blood is drying out, nobody is hearing my shunned screams" " Someone please, cut the thread".
The song ended with great applause, whistles and cheers. It was deserved. Many people were teary-eyed including you.
"They never fail at songwriting!", exclaimed Jungkook.
The cheer died down as Namjoon cleared his throat to speak.
"Uhmm.. I hope you enjoyed the song as much we enjoyed writing it"..-great applause- "This next song is dedicated to someone special.......someone who makes me feel like home...this one's for you y/n".
Your heart started beating fast. The whole world got blurred. All you could see his smile. His strumming of guitar tingling your skin. The butterflies flying even higher than before. With the hand on your heart, you looked in his direction with the fondest smile.

The song ended with another jubilant applause. His eyes directed towards you. Your eyes teared. It was the first time you felt like this. You didn't notice nudging you and others smirking cheekily towards you.
The programme ended and you rushed backstage. You met Suga first, embraced him a tight hug and congratulated him. He shyly returned the hug.
Namjoon stood there, fixing his guitar strings. Looking beautiful effortlessly with wet hair. His eyes moved towards and he glowed up. "H-hi y/n..... Did you like it?".
"Like it? I absolutely loved it, Thankyou Joon", you said almost tearing up again.
"Why are you thanking me? It was for you anyways, from my heart". He said as he came closer to you, he took your hands in his. His eyed scanning your face. His lips breaking into the fondest smile and his eyes twinkling as if he has finally found the love of his life.
He cupped your face in his big hands and kissed your forehead, making you blush. Almost instantly, you felt your legs lift the ground. The sudden surge of Dopamine drowned you.
Although the moment was a few seconds long. It was something you'd remember for your lifetime.
Returning home with Taehyung, you smiled as you recalled the events of one of the best day of your life.
"woah, aren't you in love.", Taehyung said with a cheeky smile. "Since when did you get so cringy-",yiu rolled your eyes.
"guys, have you seen Jimin?", Jungkook called out from a distance.
"No, why", Tae shouted back.
"OH SHIT-", You exclaimed as you started running.
