Aarav's POV-"You spend a lot of time in my mind, I should charge you rent." I said.
"Oh my god." Ishitha laughed.
She was feeling low all of a sudden, and so I started my pick up line spree to cheer her up.
"You know, I should probably call the police."
"Why?" She asked, giggling.
"Because it's illegal to steal someone's heart like you're doing right now." I said, winking. Shaking her head, she laughed loudly.
"Did your license get cancelled due to driving all the guys crazy?" I flirted.
"What even." She facepalmed herself, still laughing. It felt nice to watch her laugh. I smiled and just kept looking at her.
"What?" She asked, laughing softly, looking at me. I shook my head lightly, mumbling a nothing.
"Have you heard 'Take It Off' by Zayn?" I asked her.
"Yeah."
"So, the line, 'I just wanna watch you while you take it off' reminds me of you every single time." I said, winking at her.
"And the line, 'Push me up against the wall, don't take it easy' reminds me of you." She shot, winking back at me.
"Woah. That was a good one." I said, chuckling.
"I know." She smiled.
"Are you 'Kal Ho Na Ho'?" She asked me.
"No, why?" I said, giving her a confused face.
"Because I never get tired of watching you." She stated, smirking.
"Wow." I said, chuckling.
"I think you're Prateek Kuhad's songs, because you make me fall in love with you." I said.
"Now that is wow." She laughed.
"I'm wondering how you're still single." She said.
"Because you never tried." I shrugged, winking at her.
"Smooth as fuck!" She exclaimed.
"Would you mind being my pillow?" I asked her.
"Why?" She asked, smiling.
"I'd love to keep you between my arms while sleeping." I smiled.
"Aww." She chuckled.
"Are you a sky full of stars? Because you make my nights beautiful and memorable." I said. She had this cute look on her face. I don't even know how to describe it.
"You know, my favourite line from the song 'Khairiyat' is, 'Hona tumhe hai mera'." I winked at her.
"Try karlo. Shayad hojau." She shrugged, keeping an innocent smile on her face. I smiled at her cheekiness.
"Are you a dictionary?" I asked her. She gave me a look which said continue.
"Because you show me the meaning of life." I said, smiling genuinely at her.
Smiling back, she said, "Definitely my favourite."
"Have you heard 'Thinking Out Loud' by Ed Sheeran?" I questioned.
"Yeah." She said, nodding her head.
"Just like this specific line, I too always wondered how people fall in love in mysterious ways, but then I looked at you and the rest is history."
"Are you for real? Shit, you must be protected at all costs." She stated. I laughed at her before continuing.
"If you were a vegetable, you'd be a cute-cumber."
"This was by far, the worst pick-up line I've ever heard, Aarav." She said, laughing.
Rolling my eyes playfully, I mumbled a whatever.
"Your jawline is so sharp that it would chop the sleeves of my shirt." She smirked.
"Is it? Let's try it tonight."
"I will punch you." She said, shaking her head and laughing.
"Are you music?" I asked.
"Waiting for the punchline." She giggled
"Because I can't imagine my life without you."
"This is a really good pick-up line." Ishitha said, making an impressed face.
"I can make good pick-up lines, but I'm more interested in making you my wife."
"Faasla rakhe. Mohabbat hogayi toh aapke Abba nahi maanenge."
"Actually, dono ke Abba maan jayenge." I said, winking at her. She rolled her eyes, but had a constant smile on her face.
"You want to hear one more?"
"Go on." She said, chuckling.
"Well, it may have escaped your notice, but...." I started.
Ishitha waited for me to continue.
"Aakho mei teri, ajab si ajab si adaayei hai."
