"BEEP BEEP BEEP," The alarm clock rings in Krystal's room. "That damn clock. It's Summer!" Krystal groans, as she unplugs the alarm and gets out of bed. She walks softly on the cold polished wood floor to her closet where she selects a white button down blouse with a pair of jean pants. After getting dressed she walked into the hallway, she could already smell the crispy bacon and fluffy eggs her Mother was making downstairs, she could hear her father in his bedroom on the phone handiling work. Just as she was about to walk down the staircase her vision became hazy and she got dizzy, the room itself seemed to spin and wobble, before she knew it she was down on the floor, the last thing she saw before getting fainting was the stars.

"What the.." Krystal said, she stood up, shaking as she did so. She seemed to still be in her house, but things were different. The house was a dull grey and beige color instead of the vibrant red and yellow color before, the wallpaper was peeling and there was cobwebs in every corner of the house.

She was alone. Her parents had dissapeared leaving her confused and scared. As she stumbled out side she was getting more freaked out by the minute, everything was in dull, boring colors and was dying.

No one was in sight. Cars were flipped over, buildings were fallling apart, and trash was everywhere. She started to become desperate for another being with her, calling out for help every so often and stopping to look in houses in her neighborhood.

After about two hours of searching she stopped and started to cry, footsteps sounded behind her. She froze, she didn't know what to do, she thought she was completely alone, how could this be? "W-who a-are y-you...??" Krystal said back still facing the stranger. "I would like to know the same thing," Said a lady behind her. Krystal slowly turned around and stood up, just a tad shorter than the strange woman.

"I've been stuck here for.." She holds up her fingers and counts.. "Six years. I've never seen another human here before.. What's your name?" "I-I'm Kyrstal.. What do you mean 'Stuck here' Am I stuck here too..??" Kyrstal said nervously. The woman looked at Kyrstal sympathetically and said, "I don't know.. I hope not.. and that's cool, my name's Aubrie.." Aubrie looked over at Krystal and said, "I know how to get out of here, but I could never do it on my own, that's why i've been waiting for another person like you to get us out of here, but it could be dangerous." Kyrstal wore a brave expression and said, "Lets do this."
