"Answer the f*cking phone Crystal, please i need you!" I shouted into the empty darkness as the phone continued to rang.
She answered finally, "are you alright? I was so worried why didn't you just talk to me I promise I just want to hel-"
"Yes help I know, I'm sorry I ran but I- Ineed help and I didn't no what else to do so I called you." I shouted down the phone as I continued to run.
"What's going on? Do you need somewhere to stay? How can I help?" Crystal questioned with concern in her voice.
"I'll explain later but can I come to you right now, I'm not safe and I can't stop." I was struggling to breathe but I managed to get my words out and listened carefully as Crystal tried to explain where she was.

She was at a bar close to where the show was earlier and I would have to find my way back without running directly into the man chasing me. I took two left turns and ran hoping the street would continue and I could find my way back to Crystal. I was petrified and by the sound of Crystal's voice over the phone, so was she. She had no idea what was happening and rushed out onto the street as she looked out for me.

Soon I got back to the original place where the show had taken place, I went straight passed it and soon enough I saw Crystal. I hadn't spoke to her in a few minutes as I couldn't run and focus on the phone anymore. I grabbed her arm and ran inside not caring if I wasn't allowed to be in there.
"What happened?! Why are you running? Tell me please!" Crystal had seen the state of my clothes which I had completely forgotten about, I cover my chest with my arms embarrassed and she lead me quickly back stage wear her drag was stored and gave me a patterned shirt which was way to big but it didn't matter, all my clothes were gone. Everything was gone.

I burst into tears and fell to my knees directly in front of Crystal Methyd. I'd never cried in front of anyone and now I was breakdown in front of my idol who I'd met hours ago who had no reason to help me but yet she was. She knelt by my side on the floor and hugged me holding my head as I cried. Why was she being so kind to me? I didn't deserve this after I was so rude to her when she tried to help me before.

| Crystal's POV: |

I barely know this girl, she's just a fan I met hours ago but I'm so drawn to her, I want to protect her but I can tell she's broken. I have no idea what is going on in her life or what happened moments ago but I know it's not as simple as a bad break up or ruined nail polish. One thing I now understand is she has no one. She called me, she said it was her only option. Something is very wrong but I want to help her no matter how difficult it might be. I just need her to trust me, to talk to me.
*shh shh* i cooed in a soft caring way as i stroked my fingers through the girls hair.
"You're safe, I've got you and I won't let go" I comforted her the best I could. "I promise."

I hadn't told anyone about the girl, I hadn't even told my assistant why I wanted to talk to her after the show earlier. I'm sure people would question me about her if they saw her come in with me in the state she was in just minutes ago, but I wasn't about to go and tell them anything. Her story isn't one to share, if it was, she would've already told me. I can tell she's scared but I needed to know more. I felt her head turn in my hand and I looked down to see her looking back up at me, her eyes like deep pools of emotions, she looked like a lost frightened puppy and I held her close as she tried to speak.

"I'm sorry, you must hate me. You don't have to help me, I don't deserve your help, I shouldn't have even met you, I've just ruined your night." She whispered through sniffles.
"If that was true i wouldn't be here with you right now, but you need someone and I want to be that someone." I couldn't explain how I felt connected to her because I didn't want to freak her out but she was just a child and she needed me right now.
"I just wanted to find somewhere to sleep but I wandered into an alley and the man, he wouldn't let me go and he was touching me and he was going to rape me I know it. I got free and I ran but I left all my stuff. That bag was all I had, my clothes, my food, my money, my life. I called you because I have no one. I didn't know what to do." She explained between bursts of coughs and sniffles as she struggled to calm her breathing as tears continued to roll down her cheeks.
I felt awful, I should've chased after her earlier I could've prevented this. Now I know what just happened is awful and all I want to do is find and kill the motherf*cker who did this to the poor girl. I also know that she's homeless and alone. Did she run away? What about family and friends? Should I be calling her parents or are they the problem? There was so much I didn't know yet. I just knew that there was no way I could leave her. I had a few options: leave her, call the police, call her parents or look after her myself until I could figure out enough to make a plan. It seemed crazy but it was the only right option, she was coming with me.
