Chapter 2

* Peyton POV *
After Hayes told me everything about our vacation he told me how he might be officially moving in with me. "Peyton I have to ask will you share a room with me?" he said. "Lmao, of course I will Hayes, I don't want to share a room with anyone else." I said . "Good because your my best friend and I have to protect you from all of the boys stupidity." he said.

That kinda made me wonder. Why would Hayes want to protect me from other boys? Does Hayes feel like I do? This is really pushing my buttons.

* Hayes POV *
I really do love Peyton. Everything about her is just so perfect. I don't know how to tell anyone , Zane is the only person I told. It hurts that I can't tell anyone else.

"So, Hayes what friends are you taking with us?" Peyton asked. "I'm gonna bring Zane, Derek,and Jake. Only for all of your friends." I said. "Awe Hayes this is why I love you." Peyton said giving me a big hug and a kiss on the cheek. All I could think about was how beautiful she is.

* Peyton POV*
Hayes is so sweet for putting all of my friends before his. Omg I honestly just wish that Hayes would date me already! Haha , I still have a really long life to live so we'll just have to wait till after this Summer and see what goes on.
I heard a knock on the door and I saw it was Avery so I answered it. "Hey Avery, I can't wait this is gonna be awesome!" I said. "I heard your sharing a room with Hayes..." Avery sounded really mad, I don't know if she knows that Derek will be there. Avery and I have been a little off lately ever since se started dating Derek, who happens to be my bitter ex-boyfriend, so she always has a cocky attitude. "Avery, I don't care that you are dating Derek, I broke up with him." I said. "Yeah, thats why I'm mad at you, you broke up with him for being to clingy and now I'm going ti stand up for him." she said. "Okay, well why you do that I'm gonna go put my stuff in the car." I said.

* Avery POV *
Peyton has been a bitch ever since Derek and I dated officially. I don't know if she still has feelings for him because she has always told me about how much he likes Hayes. "Avery you can put your stuff in the car now while you can." Peyton said. Peyton's current boyfriend's name is Alex and he was going to come by before he left for his vacation. "Well, I'll do that while you go suck on your NEW boyfriends face." I said noticing how mean that was. "Well, rather him than my sloppy leftovers." Peyton said. I think I kind of deserved that so I let it slide. Alex has never cared about how close Hayes and Peyton are. Derek did so thats why he wasn't to hurt after they broke up. "Okay, well me and Alex will be inside for awhile, come in when you don't feel like being a bitch." Peyton said. That kind of hurt so I just sat in the car for awhile.

* Peyton POV *
I kinda felt a little bad for saying that to Avery because she is supposed to be my best friend. "Alex, I'm going to miss you
so much." I said kissing him. "Oh, baby I'm going to make sure Hayes watches out for you." He said. That kind if made me feel awkward because of my feelings for Hayes. "Awe , I love you so much baby." I said. "Well I have to get going, call me everyday. I love you." Alex said giving me a kiss holding me in his arms. "Carry me!" i said as he carried me outside. "I love you babe bye! Have fun in Italy."I said. "You have fun in Hawaii I will call and txt you everday, I love you babe. Bye. " Alex said.

I love Alex and he does treat me very well I just feel more safe around Hayes. I don't know what my feelings are.

* Matt POV *
"Hey Avery! What are you doing sitting here alone"
"Well me and Peyton are fighting because of Derek, I think Derek might be getting in the way of me and my friends and I don't know how to choose between him and them." She said.
"Well Hayes is taking Derek so I highly suggest you suck it up for awhile" I said with a light giggle.
"I didn't even know Derek was coming, he's gonna know something weird is going on cause I won't act myself." Avery said.
"Like I said try and suck it up for awhile and if you can't any longer tell him and we will buy him a ticket home." I said.
"Thank you Matt I'm gonna go and apologise, bye" She said.
Well yeah, I think Avery is really pretty but, I mean, thats my sisters best friend thats awkward. "Its now weird." Peyton said coming out with Hayes. "Yeah bro, me and Peyton always cuddle and stuff and I'm your best friend." Hayes said.
"Yeah and don't forget she is dating my best friend." I said.
Hayes and Peyton started laughing and walked away leaving Hayes's bags.
"Do you expect me to put these in here for you?!" I yelled at Hayes. "Pleasssse." I heard him yell from a distance.

* Hayes POV *
Me and Peyton were walking to Emma's house when we saw Brooke making out with a boy who wasn't Zane. "Quick, hide behind this bush." Peyton whispered. "Who do you think he is?" I asked.
"He looks like Jake but I can't be sure."Peyton said.
I accidentally fell and made a large noise in the bush.
"Who is there?" I heard Brooke ask.
I couldn't keep my mouth shut and said " Hayes and Peyton, now I have a question for you. Who else is here?" I said.
