Chapter seven: I don't know anymore!

I wake up and get ready for school yet again Sam drives me to school, because of what happened a few days ago. I then see a bunch of girls staring at me as I walk to my first class, me and Brooklyn are both in this class together so I will check up on her to see if she is okay. As the teacher calls the roll I see that I can't find Brooklyn any where, when they come to Brooklyn's name the teacher not so quietly says "not here today". Why would Brooklyn not be at school today if it's because of her dad I told her to be strong and tell me if any thing happens at school the next day or whatever, and Brooklyn is a strong person so I don't get why she is not here, I think I may have to stop by her house after school and Sam should come with me since she is picking me up from school today.

*After school*

"Alright then lets go to her house, but you do understand that we can't come in her house if her dad is there right?" says Sam as she drives off to Brooklyns house, luckily I got Brooklyn's address before all this happened "right, I do understand don't worry" I say, Sam doesn't say a thing for the whole car drive I think she is foucused on driving to Brooklyn's house quickly so that we may get there when Brooklyn's dad isn't there. We pull up outside Brooklyn's house the door is open, we slowly approach the house we hear no one in the house, "HELLO?!" shouts Sam no reply, we enter the house when we get inside we see a set of stairs leading up stairs I walk quietly up the stairs to Brooklyn's bed room I knock on the door "It's okay, it's me and Sam Brooklyn you can open up" I say, I wait in silence outside Brooklyn's bed room door when after a minute the door cracks open, It's Brooklyn and her Mother "is your dad here?" asks Sam "no, but he will be back in an hour, round abouts" says Brooklyn "okay then maybe we can pack up some of your things and bring them back to our house and next time, lets say tomorrow at this time, maybe a bit earlier we will bring the rest back and then you guys can live at our house" says Sam "o-okay" says Brooklyn's mother shakily "I'm sam by the way, and what's your name?" says Sam "Jane" says Jane (Brooklyn's mother). We then move all of their stuff that will take forever to move tomorrow.

*Later that night*

I was sitting in the lounge watching the news, It had said something about my school and a student commiting suicide they didn't say who it was so I'm guessing tomorrow at school they will tell us, I hope it doesn't give Brooklyn any ideas.
