Facing me was my own twin. I was going to face myself. How was that possible?
I then remembered that I was in a test, so anything could happen. I breathed deeply to focus myself. But to my surprise, my twin did the same.
Does she have the same strength as me? I thought. And the same moves?
I realized that I wasn't thinking, and I didn't notice the hard punch that me gave me. I staggered, then fell. I wiped the blood that was trickling down my mouth, and I ran towards her. My copy casually swatted me, and I was thrown off into the side.
As I lay on the ground, weak, I raised my head slowly to see me walking slowly to me. My twin's gaze was threatening, and when I twitched, she came at me.
My heart missed a beat as I quickly dodged to my left. My twin's fist slammed through the wall, and pieces of rubble erupted on top of her hand. But, she didn't care and instead looked at me in the eye.
"You're dead," she told me angrily, and I was shocked. I would've said the exact same thing if I plummeted the lights out of someone. But, aside that, her fist came up like a bullet and shot through my stomach.
I screamed as the horrible pain filled into my body. I thought I would throw up my insides, and I clutched my stomach with my hand. Black spots appeared at the corners of my vision, and I slowly closed my eyes. No...
When blackness surrounded me, I stayed where I was even though my twin hit me with an endless number of punches. I'm going to lose at this rate...I thought.
But I suddenly realized something. "It doesn't matter...if you're the exact same as me," I struggled to say, and my twin stopped. I stood up, and feebly smirked. "Because...you'll never be me." I laughed weakly. I then tried to recollect myself from my damage. First of all, I needed to have a plan in order to defeat me.
I thought so hard I began to bite my lip. A few heartbeats passed, and a brilliant idea crossed my mind. I snapped my fingers. "That's it!" I said as my eyes scanned my copy. To beat me, I needed to know my weakness. And since I knew myself, then I knew exactly where I was vulnerable.
There!
I ran and punched myself on my knee. My copy cried in pain and gritted her teeth. With her other leg, she kneed me in my face and I stepped back, wiping my spilled blood violently. Once more, I elbowed myself on my twin's stomach, and her face was twisted with pain.
I then kicked her in the head as hard as I could, and she landed on the hard ground. Her head lolled to the side. I knew then that I had defeated her, and I helplessly landed on the floor as well.
I took deep breaths and calmed myself down. It was over, and that was all that I could think of at the moment.
After a few moments of relaxation passed I stood up weakly. This test took a lot of strength from me, so hopefully the next test would be easier. I staggered as I took my first step and regained my balance by steadying myself with my other foot.
My feet moved slowly from my battle, and a small trail of blood was left behind me. I took deep breaths to calm myself. I was almost to the door that appeared when I beat my copy.
With one last heave I at last reached my destination. I reached out to the doorknob, and right when I was about to place my finger on the metal, my body froze. My eyes wanted to search around me, but I couldn't move a muscle.
Just then, static filled my vision, and everything around me was disappearing. What's happening?! I thought, terrified of what would happen next.
