Miami, Florida
I had a falling out with my roommate at the time who was also my best friend of eight years...or so I thought. So I was in a vulnerable place in my life to say the least. Currently taken advantage of by anyone who knew I was rolling in dough. My favorite TV show is Love and Hip Hop. So you know when I was asked to be an extra for an episode I couldn't refuse and I made sure I was there ahead of time. As I sat there In my guiseppe zanotti's passing time on Instagram I noticed a man walk in with his friend. For some reason, the voice in the back of my mind told me to pay attention to him. The scene began, we recorded it and after things started to die down, I saw him again. He told me he was a photographer and being a stripper, I needed a photographer so of course I took his number. He asked me if I wanted to go with him to his car to smoke and I agreed. We smoked and shortly after, a lady walked up and told us to call the police because she got robbed and I don't know what you would've done with a quarter pound of weed in the trunk but we skirted off on her ass. At that point he knew I was his Bonnie. Let's just call him Mr.Big. He was clearly heavy set, tall, and chocolate. He was from Florida unlike me. I'm from Detroit. I was returning there in a few hours to handle a few things. But in the meantime, he wanted to do a photoshoot so I invited him back to my hotel since there was a nice pool and good scenery. We shot for hours. Inside, outside, and even through the rain. Once it was 2A.M. I knew I had to throw the towel in. I had to make sure I got on that flight back home. So he stayed with me. And we ended up having sex. At the time I didn't think anything of it. It was literally just sex to me. But little did I know he was falling in love. He took me to the airport the next morning and I went home. I mentioned having business to attend to when I got home. When I was still in Florida I got a text message from my ex girlfriend telling me she wanted to talk and I told her I didn't want to because I was enjoying myself out of town. Something gave in me so I went to see the dreaded ex. But we're just gonna call her She Who Shall Not Be Named. We met up at an art festival. We had beef over misunderstandings, feelings of abandonment and everything else under the sun. We had been through so much together that at that point I still loved her enough to be her wife right there On the spot. I loved her so much that if she asked "Can I come back to your place?" My automatic answer was "Of Course!" So I went home to freshen up, got all sexy for her and I waited. She was in the military so this time was extremely rare for us. I waited while dancing on the pole in my living room in my lingerie and before I knew it, she was there. With that backpack! Now, if you're a lesbian you know what that means. But if you don't, it means she brought a strap-on and everything else she felt like she needed to give me the works. And so she did. It felt like old times. It felt like we were in high school again but it was different because I had my own place now and we didn't have to be quiet or worry about disturbing anyone. Just music, candles, my air mattress, and us. The next morning, we went to breakfast. Instead of sitting across from one another we sat right next to each other. We were glued at the hip once again. I was filled with so much love that I really did want to get married to her. I was ready to give my life away to her. I was ready to give up dancing, my apartment, my family and friends just to be with her. So we came to the agreement that I would go to Miami and make some money, fly out to her on base and our lives together would begin. It was a somber day when we had to say goodbye. We both cried. The next day, I was headed to Miami. And do you know who came to pick me up from the airport? If you guessed Mr. Big, then you were correct.
