You and I

Hope and courage

Today was rough but we made through it and my sister got the job at lifeguard station on Miami beach in Florida the beach was only 3 blocks away from our apartment which was nice so Selina could just walk there. I of course had to get a job and a car because there was no jobs available near the beach or with in 1 mile of our apartment. When I got back home we ordered some pizza my favorite was Hawaiian and ham so we ordered and they said around 15 mins it will be here so I started to clean up and I took a quick 5-10 shower.
When I came back downstairs my sister had the door open and talking to the pizza guy his name was zac from the tag I saw when I was up the stairs.
"Well looks like you made friends."
I shouted at the two.
The boy had brown eyes and blonde hair very eager it looked like he had a crush on her just because of her looks.
I heard out of one ear
"So you want to go out sometime, maybe down to the Bon fire everyone loves to go to tonight."
"Sure if it's okay that my sis can come."
"Oh YA there is other people there her age to." I thought for a moment do I seriously look older then I am like 22 or something. he doze off with his conversation.... Minutes later I heard
"So I will see you there tonight around 11:00 okay??"
"YA sure thanks for inviting us."
"Anytime for pretty girls like you deserve anything."
we both blushed and shut the door.
When we heard him walk down the apartment hall we started jumping up and down cheering.
"What am I going to wear!!!!!"
"Do you want to go the mall??"
"Sure" I said smiling.
" But look we only have 150 to spend."
"Okay so that means we get."
We both paused
"Get out a calculator for God sakes!!"
"Okay okay golly."
" We both get 75 dollars each."
" Okay." I whined cheerfully.
"Let's go!!!"
As we walked out the apartment I turned back to lock the door.
As I turned to head for the taxi I bumped into the man of my dreams.
He had blue hazel eyes that shined like the stars, he was strong...So strong he held me from falling. he looked at me in the eyes and said
"I'm sorry...are you okay ."
"Y-yeah... I'm fine." I said locking gazes with him we stood there a few minutes as I saw him unlock his door right next to ours. I was amazed my dream boy lived right next to us.
"Wowwww" I accidentally said out loud
He turned around and said
"Wowww your really beautiful too."
"OMG I'm so sorry!!"
"It's okay don't worry about it it's not like I'm dating anyone or I'm not trying to take that complement bad or anything. he turned and started off. I said
"Sorry can I see you again sometime maybe this evening at the bon fire down at the ocean."
"Well of course you can." He smiled in pleasure.
I blushed and walked away.
When we walked to the taxi Selina started talking about his dream boy he just met and whatever... I doze off in my dream boy's eyes. Thinking of his bright Bahama sea eyes I drowned in them . Selina started waving her hand in my face breaking my beautiful day dream. I said
"WHAT DANG IT!!!"
"The taxi is here."
"Great." I said with annoyance.
"Hi there." I said to the taxi driver can you bring us to the mall downtown.
