It was a normal day in the winter where Niall and I were laying in bed watching Cast Away about an hour after waking up from nine hours of sleep. The only time we got out of bed was to use the bathroom and brush our teeth to take the morning breath away. We're at the part of the movie where Chuck is creating his friend Wilson with a volleyball that floated from the ocean in a box.

"Niall? If you were to be stuck on an island like him, would you have made a friend out of a volleyball?"

"Yeah, of course. Especially since I'm on that island alone. I would need some type of company or else I'd probably go insane."

"Would you name it Wilson?"

"No. I'd probably name it after myself just to have two Nialls around. I mean, who wouldn't want that? That'd be amazing."

"Wow, only thinking about yourself," I laughed. "You wouldn't even have a thought about naming it after me?"

"I mean, Chuck used his blood from his hand to make the face for that volleyball. Would you want to be a volleyball with a bloody face on an island where no one else lives?" He laughed.

"Good point."

We continued to watch the movie as I was sitting up and Niall was laying down until my phone rang. I grabbed it from the nightstand and looked at who was calling.

"Who's calling you?"

"It's my mom."

"What do you think she wants?" Niall asked while pausing the movie.

"I'm not sure. She usually doesn't call at this time. But that's because I'm not always up at 9:30 in the morning." Niall laughed at what I said and I smiled at him, adoring the laugh that I fell in love with.

"Hello? Mom?"

"Hi, honey. How are you?"

"I'm good. I woke up at like 7:00 today. I had a really good sleep and I was watching Cast Away with Niall in bed."

"You're just loving that apartment of yours, huh?" She laughs.

"Yes, I love it here. It feels nice to have a place of my own."

"That's good. Well, I called to invite you and Niall over for dinner tonight so we can catch up on everything. Your father and I haven't seen you in a while and we'd like to see you for at least a little bit. Your little brother misses you like crazy."

"Awh, well I'll be there at five o'clock with Niall. I'll see you later."

"Alright. Say hi to Niall for us! Bye." I hung up the phone and looked at Niall.

"Where do I have to go?" He groaned. "I thought today would be a lazy day for us."

"We can have that on another day. My mother called and invited us over for dinner since we haven't seen them in a while and she said that Dominic misses me a lot."

"Oh, alright. I don't mind going there. I love your mother's cooking."

"Let's finish watching the movie for now." Niall nodded and continued playing the movie. We ended up having a movie marathon and ordering a box of pizza around lunch time. When we finished watching Lilo & Stitch, it was already 3:30.

"Niall, I think we watched way too much. My eyes burn. I can barely keep them open!" I squeezed them shut and opened them again, trying to relieve some of the burning I'm feeling.

"Take a shower. It'll freshen you up."

"Okay. I'll be out in about fifteen to twenty minutes." I walked into my bathroom and closed the door, locking it. Once I turned on the water and got inside, I began to take a shower and I couldn't help but to sing one of my favorite songs at the moment.

"Who's that shadow holding me hostage? I've been here for days. Who's this whisper telling me that I'm never gonna get away?" I sang.

"I know they'll be coming to find me soon. But I fear I'm getting used to, being held by you!" I heard Niall sing from outside the door.

"Why are you listening to me sing??" I asked while laughing but I was quite embarrassed. I love their music. I can't help it.

"I love hearing you sing our songs. It makes me happy that you like our music." I smiled at what he said and finished up my shower in silence.

After drying myself up, I put on leggings and a nice button up with a tank top underneath. I decided to let my hair air dry because I didn't feel like doing anything with it. It turns out a little curly and wavy when it air dries and that's perfectly fine. Niall doesn't like it when I wear a lot of makeup so I only applied mascara and eyeliner to match the look. After combing my hair, I walked out and Niall took his turn taking a shower. Instead of singing, he hums. It still sounds beautiful.

Niall and I were finally ready to go to my mother's house at 4:50. She lives about twenty minutes away so we'll be a little late from what I told her. Once we arrived, my mother greeted us with hugs and kisses on the cheek that I was so used to getting from family. My father walked in a few seconds after.

"Hi guys," I smiled.

"Hello sweetie. It's nice to see you again, Niall."

"Same to you ma'am," he said with manner.

"Dinner will be ready in about half an hour. I'll tell you guys when it's ready." We nodded and watched as they walked away.

"Want to go to my room?" I asked.

"Yeah, sure. I never even got to see your room here."

"It's not special or anything." We ran up there and I heard Dominic in his room.

"Is that Dominic?"

"Yeah. My room is the one is the one all the way down the hallway to the left. I'm going to say hi to Dominic." I walked to Dominic's room and knocked on the door. I heard shuffling in his room for a few seconds before he came to the door and opened it.

"You're here!" He gasped.

"I am!" I hugged him and he squeezed me tight.

"You need to come visit us more." He let me go and fixed his hair.

"I'll try to, okay? Hey, maybe we can hang out sometime? Sound fair?"

"It depends. What are we going to do?"

"You think about it and we've figure it out, alright?"

"Okay. Thanks," he smiled. I returned the smile and walked back to my room to see Niall laying on my bed with a smirk on his face.

"You sure do have a lot of posters of me on your wall, babe." I looked at my walls and a blush crept onto my cheeks in embarrassment.

"You weren't supposed to see any of this oh my gosh." I covered my face with my hands and Niall just laughed. I suddenly felt arms wrap around me from behind as a way to comfort me. Niall uncovered my face and I turned my head to look at him.

"I think it's adorable you have all of this hanging on your walls. You've loved me from the start when I didn't know you yet. Have I always been your favorite?" I nodded to answer his question.

"Always, Niall. It's never changed and I never got over how much I love you."

"Well I hope you don't. Because I feel like I'm in the best relationship there can be and I don't want to let that go. A girl and a boy that love each other deeply regardless of any arguments or fights we have. Without that, it's not a loyal relationship and that's what we have."

"To be honest, I don't know how I would be right now if I never met you. I'd still be obsessing over you guys of course. I mean, I still do. I can't help it," I laugh.

"Guess what? I can't either. I freak out over my own band. Everything is just really overwhelming sometimes and it's unbelievable."

"Well, no matter what happens, I'm going to be here along the way."

"That's exactly how I'd want it," Niall smiled and turned me around and kissed me.

"DINNER'S READY!" My mother yelled from downstairs. I pulled away from Niall and grabbed his hand.

"Let's go eat."
