Liam Payne - Text Messages

Liam and I were watching my favorite episode of The Big Bang Theory on the couch at his place. It was getting to my favorite part.

"Bazinga!" Sheldon said and went back down into the ball pit. That part always made me laugh and I didn't stop as Sheldon kept doing the same thing, making it funnier each time. Liam was laughing too. Most likely half because it's funny and half because I'm laughing so much at it. He always tells me that my laugh is contagious.

"They need to play that episode more."

"Babe, they play it all the time."

"Really? I never realized that. Whenever I'm watching, they don't play that episode much."

"Well there's a lot of seasons." Liam got up and stretched. I poked his stomach and he smiled down at me.

"I'm going to go use the bathroom." He walked away and I continued watching until I heard his phone go off. I ignored it the first few times it went off, but I looked at it when it continued to buzz. He was getting text messages. Most of them were pictures. My eyes widened when I realized that a girl was sexting him. I unlocked his phone and went through the messages she sent. That was he start of the conversation, so he must've deleted past conversations.

"I need a daddy, babe."

"Look how wet I look."

"I bet you could be fucking this body right now."

They were all captions that went with a picture and she was still sending pictures. I got infuriated that she has the nerve to even send that to him. Liam walked in on me looking through his phone and he absolutely hates when people do that, so I was in deep trouble.

"What the fuck are you doing with my phone?"

"Why is this girl sending you these messages??" I turned the phone to him and the messages keep coming.

"Why can't you just stay off of my phone?"

"She's a contact in your phone, Liam! Does she always send you pictures like this??" Liam snatched the phone from my hand and put it in his pocket.

"JUST BECAUSE SHE'S A CONTACT IN MY PHONE DOESN'T MEAN THAT I SEND HER PICTURES LIKE THAT? DO YOU THINK I'M CHEATING ON YOU?!" He screamed at the top of his lungs. He's never screamed so much at me before.

"That didn't answer my question."

"Yes, dammit. She always sends me pictures. But I don't answer her anymore!"

"Anymore?" I whispered. Liam and I have been together for almost a month now.

"Babe..."

"You talked to her? While we were together?"

"Yes. But it was never anything bad. Please, you have to believe me."

"Give me your phone."

"What?"

"Give. Me. Your phone."

"Why?" He asked while handing it to me. I unlocked it and began typing.

This is Liam's girlfriend. Please stop texting my boyfriend. I really don't appreciate it. Goodbye.

She responded within a minute.

Like he wants you anyways. I bet he'd rather get with a grandma than you.

I reread that message a few times and it got stuck into my head to the point where I actually believed her. Liam took his phone and read the messages. I knew when he finished because I could hear him sigh. I was sitting on the couch still, so Liam sat beside me.

"Don't listen to her. I love you. Even within all of the arguments we get into. I know we fight a lot, but that's okay. That's normal. I would never let you go for anyone. I prefer you over everyone. You've turned my life upside down when I needed someone there. You made everything better. Here, watch." I looked over at what Liam was doing. He blocked her number and deleted the contact along with the messages. "All gone," he added. I smiled at him.

"I'm sorry for going through your phone."

"I'm sorry for screaming at you."

"I like it a lot better when you're not screaming."

"How would I stop?" Liam questioned. I thought of an idea and smiled to myself.

"Simple." I leaned in and kissed him. I like this a lot more than his screaming.
